I honestly don't get why everyone is tearing this movie to shreds. Personally, I found it really engaging and actually quite good. I loved the subject matter and how the whole plot unfolded. While it might not be the kind of film where you're constantly weeping over the characters, saying the story feels disjointed just isn't true at all.
After the credits rolled, I did some digging online, and if anything, it made me appreciate the film even more because people say they portrayed the history pretty accurately.
Maybe people were just expecting a heavy-hitting, gritty war drama like Valkyrie or something along those lines.
If you haven't seen it yet, I definitely recommend ☕
Does anyone happen to know where I can pick up some two-component polyurethane foam? And just to be clear, I’m not talking about those canned spray foams you grab at Home Depot—I mean the actual liquid components that you mix together, kind of like they do in the movies. I need it specifically for making molds, because that standard spray foam expands instantly out of the nozzle, which makes it impossible to get a smooth, even spread inside a mold shape.

If my memory serves me right, I think the components are called isocyanate and hydroxyl (but please, don't quote me on the technical terms!)
Thanks a million! 😁
So, here's the deal: I'm on the hunt for a new HDD. Ideally, I want something that’s as quiet as possible without sacrificing speed—so we're talking 7200 RPM minimum and at least 1TB of storage capacity.
I've been doing some digging online, and I keep seeing people swear by the Samsung Spinpoint F3 series. What do you guys think? What would you suggest for a budget somewhere in the ballpark of $500-$233?
Also, I'm a bit confused about the different Samsung lineups. Does anyone know what the actual practical difference is between their Caviar Black, Eco Green, and other variations?
P.S. Honestly, I’m pretty much done with Seagate for good. This is the second time one of their drives has crapped out on me, and I'm just not interested in taking that risk again.
The title pretty much says it all 🙂
So, I'm on the hunt for a local spot—I honestly don't even know where to start—in the western part of San Francisco that has a decent, playable billiards table. I'm looking for that kind of vibe where you can grab a coffee and squeeze in a quick game, but also a legit, nice enough cafe where I wouldn't feel out of place bringing a date along.
Thanks a ton! 😉
Oh, I totally get it now—I actually stumbled onto it by complete accident! You have to hold down the Ctrl key while you're moving things around with your mouse. That’s how it automatically snaps everything into alignment with your other layers 😉
Can anyone help me out here? I just finished installing Adobe Photoshop CS3, but I’ve run into this annoying issue where I can't move layers with any real precision. It feels like instead of letting me nudge something just a tiny bit—say, a couple of millimeters—the cursor just jumps past what I'm aiming for. This is a huge deal for my workflow. Honestly, I’d been sticking with Photoshop 7.0 for ages because I couldn't justify upgrading, but it worked perfectly fine; I could move things by a single pixel if I wanted to. Is there some setting I need to tweak or some trick to fix this? :S
Barbie Girl is such a bop... lol
And honestly? That’s me. Let's be real here... you know I only ever blast this song when I'm with you. 😉
The title pretty much speaks for itself, but if anyone knows where I can pick up a Slinky around Chicago, please let me know. A quick "yes" would be great! Ideally, if anyone has spotted an old-school metal one lately, that would be the absolute dream... for those who aren't quite sure what I'm talking about 😁

I don't know, I'm just really scared that I'm going to die.
Alright, look... two girls I know said they actually liked it. So, apparently, it has some appeal to women. For me, though? I absolutely couldn't stand it. There was this one guy acting in it who just kept talking with this weird, smug little smirk on his face... honestly, it was nauseating. Just thinking about describing it makes my blood boil. (I’m half-tempted to file a formal complaint against whoever produced that movie—is that even a thing you can do?)
I feel like I absolutely have to weigh in on this movie...
It’s been a long time since I’ve sat through something quite like this. Honestly, how does anyone even manage to make a film this incredibly, mind-numbingly irritating? I actually tried to power through it—watched it two or three times just to see if I could handle it—but it's impossible. My sister gave up after about fifteen minutes; she got so frustrated she practically wanted to smash my computer to pieces...
But in all seriousness, watching this thing feels like it’s physically draining the life out of you. It’s one of those movies where you genuinely feel the urge to chuck your TV right out the window.
On IMDb, it’s sitting at an 8.9 rating, which is usually reserved for absolute masterpieces...
And then there’s this comment attached to it: "some will love it, some will hate it."--
The whole experience was just painfully aggravating. So, I’m curious—what did you guys think?
I honestly don't get how anyone can be afraid of their phone. I mean, really? That’s a first for me—I haven't heard of anyone actually being terrified of their device before. It just seems so out of left field. On a completely different note, I came across this super interesting fact recently. Apparently, there's actual scientific evidence showing that making direct eye contact triggers such an intense amount of activity in the brain. It’s like your mind goes into overdrive trying to process all that social data at once. It turns out that sustained eye contact is actually incredibly taxing and exhausting for the brain to handle. I found the whole concept absolutely fascinating (and yeah, please excuse my terrible spelling there—my fingers were moving faster than my brain! lol).
