Does anyone have any advice on how to manage this discomfort?

George Robinson58, I am seriously struggling with my nose issues.

Visually, it looks perfectly fine to me... just right
The real issue is that my nose isn't actually doing its job.
I honestly can't breathe through it... especially at night.
I need surgery just to get things back to normal.

Since I don't have supplemental health insurance, I heard that if I undergo a septum surgery—meaning for medical reasons rather than cosmetic ones—I'll likely have to shell out about $667...

How much does a septum surgery cost at the local hospital?
General anesthesia is required. The doctor expects a 5-day stay in the hospital.

I’ve got nose surgery scheduled for this January at Holy Spirit with Dr. Audrey.
Breathing through my nose has been a real struggle ever since I took a basketball straight to the face.
It’s most likely a deviated septum, given how much trouble I've had breathing since the incident.

Has anyone here had any experience with Dr. Audrey? Would love to hear some feedback.

I commute to work by bike on a regular basis.
It’s about a 20-minute ride each way, and I even have to navigate along the highway.
I ride through the winter too, just wearing warmer layers—a good hat and some gloves. I also wrap a long coat around my waist to keep my core warm and block out the wind.

It started off pretty sporadically—not every single day—but now it’s become a constant daily struggle. It hits hardest during the afternoon and evening hours. Lately, it’s gotten so intense that when a coughing fit takes over, it honestly feels like they might suffocate.
The person is 39 years old, but they are dead set against seeing a doctor, no matter what.

They smoke about a pack a day.

A friend of mine went for Phoenix fish psoriasis treatment back in March 2005—it was held at the Novak Djokovic center near Santa Maria in Karst.
He stayed for three weeks. He emptied his wallet... and got absolutely nothing out of it.

He says he actually has more skin patches now than he did before he ever went for treatment.
He isn't blaming anyone, though; he signed the contract himself, which explicitly stated there was a possibility the condition wouldn't improve.

So, I have a couple of questions:
1/ Does anyone know someone who actually went to this specific facility for psoriasis and found the therapy helpful???

2/ Does anyone know anyone who received treatment at the Naphtalan facility near Ivanic?
