Why was this fair moderator chosen? in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Lisa Rodriguez84 said:Well, if you're buying the boss a beer, then it’s not even that bad. Unless, of course, it had to come out of his account with four zeros on the end...

So why do you think they rolled out this new version of the forum now? 😎
It's actually not that terrible 😎

Lisa Rodriguez84 said:I’m trying to figure out why mods even need a spot on subforums like this. You know, the ones where you don't actually need any special skills (Teens, Men's and Women's Corner, US, etc.)

Because some other mods think they'll handle the job better than the regular users, while the person in question just thinks they have the guts and the patience to deal with it.

We're just going in circles here. My ex already explained the whole process to you.

He’s just obsessed with why he hasn't been made a mod yet 😁

I'm not even gonna talk about my own skills. Let someone else decide based on what I actually post.
So, tell me—what does your "perfect" Teens moderator look like? Are we looking for a psychologist, an educator, a professor, a social worker, or just some fifteen-year-old forum regular?

But I want to get specific—what exactly have certain mods actually accomplished? Like, what's the deal with the new mods over in the Teens subforum?

Who cares what ex wrote; we were all picked by the moderators based on our writing style and how long we've been hanging out here, just like any other member who became a mod.

Clarify what you mean; are you talking about stuff we've done since we became moderators, or everything leading up to it?

Isn't that just throwing money down the drain?
What even is this "influencer girl" trend 🙂

Honestly, colored contacts are just hideous (at least in my book and according to pretty much everyone I hang out with).
One girl was wearing them the other day. The whole gimmick is this little circle on the lens meant to sit under your pupil—which stays clear, obviously—but since your pupil constantly dilates and shrinks, you end up seeing bits of your actual eye color peeking through anyway.
This girl had on blue and green ones, and it was so obvious they were fake. A ton of people were lowkey roasting her, saying she looked straight-up like a zombie.

it's a known fact 😬

I swear, I've been so close to typing out names in my texts so many times, but then I remember the people I'm talking to would have absolutely no clue what the hell I'm talking about.😢

🤣

But seriously; I gotta be glued to my PC for at least 2-3 hours every single day.
Today I clocked about 5. Honestly, that's a win compared to how bad it was last summer.😳
Edward Green said:you actually got that? :/

yeah 😢
When you're using birth control pills, certain risk factors can seriously mess with your health—like smoking (doctors definitely don't recommend them if you're over 35 and smoke), being overweight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or high blood sugar. Plus, there's the whole issue with cardiovascular disease.

I'm pretty sure that Jasmine pamphlet mentions specific conditions where you shouldn't touch the pill. Heart disease is one of them. This is just a direct copy-paste from the Pfizer website.
I grabbed a test because I’m honestly being totally paranoid here.
My cycle usually runs about 30 or 31 days, and we had sex on day 7. I know logically that should be my dry spell, but the anxiety is hitting hard.
They say you should wait at least 19 days after the act, but I did it on day 18 because I was losing my mind. Of course, it didn't show a positive result yet. But still—is it actually an issue that I checked a day early? 🙂 :paranoia:

I swear I subscribed to all these threads, but now the site won't let me follow anything.

When are they gonna fix this damn crap?

Ugh, they're down again 🙄

Just sitting here whining about my subscriptions like usual 😬
Yeah.

I grabbed that when I was heading out to the chicken coop.😁
Cele303 said:I actually dig this extension... If this site wasn't such a laggy mess, it wouldn't even matter, but right now it's a lifesaver... 😁 Now just port over the subreddits too!! 👍

Dude, they're already there. Just scroll to the bottom: Society, Culture, and Entertainment... then you can expand the list of subreddits.
