Doing business with USA member states in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·
Am I reading this correctly? If I’m operating as a major taxpayer and my entire client base consists solely of other big players who are already registered for sales tax, does that mean the thresholds for supply and acquisition basically become irrelevant for me? Like, I don't have to stress about monitoring those limits or dealing with the headache of registering for tax in other states... please, someone tell me I don't have to deal with that.
Thanks,

Yeah, even the instructions say you should list services provided by taxpayers from third countries, but then they go and throw in taxpayers from the USA too.
Specifically, the guidance for section II.12 states that you enter the value of received supplies where the provider isn't based here in the States (meaning a taxpayer based in the USA or a third country), and where the recipient is responsible for calculating and paying the sales tax according to Article 75, paragraph 2 of the law.

And for section II.10, they say: Enter the value of the service received from another state and the amount of sales tax at the 25% rate that the recipient taxpayer needs to calculate and pay in accordance with the provisions of Article 75, paragraph 1, point 6 of the law.

Of course, Article 75 references a bunch of other sections... and honestly, that's where I lose the thread. I am completely lost here... 😵

Could someone please help me make sense of the difference between receiving services from within the USA at a 25% rate versus receiving the supply of goods and services from non-resident taxpayers at a 25% rate
? Thanks.
It’s barely anything, really—just a few drops of fresh blood mixed with some mucus. If I intentionally tense up those muscles, I get a little more bleeding, but that's about it. I'm not feeling any pain at all.
Because of everything that’s gone down over the last month, my doctor was pretty hesitant about putting me on any medication just yet. They scheduled a follow-up for a month from now, so the plan is basically to wait and see if things resolve themselves before deciding whether or not to start some kind of therapy. What’s really throwing me off, though, is that I’ve always dealt with incredibly painful periods, but lately, there’s been zero pain and hardly any bleeding at all—to the point where I can't even tell if it's actually my period happening or not. If a cyst actually ruptured, how long is it normal for that kind of bleeding to last? And if this really is just my cycle, should I be bracing myself for more pain if a cyst pops later on? Everything seemed perfectly clear when I was sitting in the gynecologist's office, but now that I'm home, I feel completely lost again.
I’m honestly just spiraling with anxiety because of everything that's happened...
Thanks for getting back to me.
About a month and a half ago, I ended up having laparoscopic surgery because of an ectopic pregnancy.
Everything seemed to go fine, and I even had a regular period afterward.
Then last week, I went back for a follow-up, and my OB-GYN spotted a 4cm cyst on my left ovary. He brushed it off as a "simple" cyst and told me he’s confident it’ll just resolve on its own.
Well, today I started spotting—this bloody discharge accompanied by these tiny, slimy little bits (sorry, I don't really know how else to describe it). I’m not feeling any pain at all, no other weird symptoms or anything. It’s only day 12 of my cycle, so this definitely isn't my period.
Is it possible that the cyst actually ruptured? Are these typical signs of a rupture, or could this be happening completely independently of the cyst?
Look, I realize none of you can give me a definitive answer or a medical guarantee. It’s just easier for my own peace of mind to talk this out or hear from other women who dealt with these exact same symptoms and ended up being perfectly fine in the end.
Back when I saw my OB-GYN about two months ago, we did the Pap smear and all the usual swabs, and everything came back totally normal.
I also went through the whole routine of urine cultures and blood work, and those results were clear too.
I was reading somewhere that this kind of discharge might be a sign that ovulation didn't go quite right—like maybe the egg wasn't fully developed or something along those lines, though I can't say I know the specifics.
Thanks for bearing with me.👍
Hey everyone, I could really use some insight here.

So, about two months ago, my partner and I decided we were ready to start trying for a baby, and we jumped right into it. Last month was pretty straightforward—just a standard period and nothing to report.
But this month feels completely different...
Around day 16 of my cycle (which usually runs about 30 days), my breasts started acting up. This isn't your typical PMS discomfort; it’s a totally different sensation. They feel tight, almost lumpy, and there's this sharp pain on the sides and near the top.
Right around that same time, I started feeling the urge to pee constantly. That lasted for maybe two days, but now, on top of the frequent trips to the bathroom, I’m dealing with this stinging sensation—kind of a pressurized feeling where I feel like I need to go again immediately after I've just finished.
Then yesterday, on day 22, I noticed some light brownish discharge. It wasn't much, just a few drops. I already took a pregnancy test, but it came back negative. Still, I can't help but hope it's just too early for anything to show up on a test yet. Can anyone tell me if this might be something else if it isn't pregnancy? Could it be an infection, or maybe something went wrong with ovulation or the egg itself? I remember reading something about that somewhere, but I can't find the article now. Is it actually possible to mess up your entire cycle or ovulation just by overthinking it and being so hyper-focused on the outcome?
Thanks. I know I'm dumping all this on you guys.🙂 Sorry to bother you.😁
