Look, you’ve got beautiful stuff like Linux, QNX, BSD, and so on. They're all free, and you won't have to deal with that constant stomach acid churn just because you're stuck using Windows!🙂
If it annoyed me that much, I wouldn't even touch it, man. Problem solved.
Think about how many principles and character traits you'd actually gain!

And IF you happen to need Windows somewhere else (because circumstances force your hand or some other people decide for you!), then be smarter than those idiots over at MS. Just quickly whip up your own apps and patches for a different OS so you can tell Windows to screw off!

Microsoft is never going to build a decent Page file because they literally don't know how. It’s not enough to just trick people with shiny new tech that only runs at 10% capacity; you actually have to sit down and engineer something right. They just don't have the chops to pull it off.

Never messed with that myself, so I can't say for sure if it'll even work. All I know is you're running way too low on RAM to be trying to juggle both at once. You can give it a shot, though—it's not like you're gonna break anything. If it turns out to be a total bust, just revert back to how you had it before.
