I stopped taking birth control back in May 2013, after about five or six years on it. Since then, I've been dealing with spotting during ovulation and both before and after my period. If I count all that bleeding as part of my cycle, my period basically lasts ten to fourteen days. It’s a weird pattern: I get some bleeding for a couple of days, then nothing for a few, then it starts again for a bit, stops, and repeats.
Is anyone else dealing with something similar?
My gynecologist told me everything seems fine, but I guess I'm wondering if anyone knows what might actually be going on.
I'm also curious if I can start hormonal contraception again. When would I even start if I'm not entirely sure which day is actually the first day of my period?
Thanks.
If I'm switching up my medication, I suppose I might need to take a break first, or maybe that isn't strictly necessary.

Imala sam užasan tjedan i cijeli današnji dan sam provela spavajući.
Don't skip it... just continue taking them normally tomorrow.

..due to allergies and the onset of asthma
..I’m dealing with the exact same issue.. no matter what the weather is like, my hands and feet are always freezing..
..My blood pressure isn't low either; every time they check it at my doctor's appointments, the reading comes back normal.
I'm currently on Singulair, so I was wondering if anyone knows which concentration or memory supplements might be safe to take alongside it?
..The last time I checked my blood pressure was about two months ago, and it seemed fine. I haven't checked since. As for my iron levels... I guess it's been a while. A few years, maybe. 🤔
Hi everyone. Has anyone dealt with something similar lately, and how did you handle it? It’s been happening more often recently—whenever I stand up, my vision just goes dark and blurry. I guess if I didn't sit back down immediately or grab onto something, I would probably collapse.
...I actually went through that same consultation myself. They recommended a cleansing foam from the same company—it helped a little, I guess—plus some kind of lotion. That stuff just made things worse for me. It probably depends; maybe it works for some people, but not everyone.
..so, what, you're some kind of tech expert now? Or are you just trying to act smart?!
..well, go ahead and ask whoever you want—a dermatologist, a stylist, whatever.. they'll tell you.. but if you're looking to actually "grow" it..
..it might not be perfect, but I guess it's still better than just air drying
..it's true I don't know much about chemistry, but maybe that isn't even the point.. just check with the people mentioned above, like a dermatologist or a hair stylist, and they can explain it better..
...dandruff spreads when things stay damp...if you let it air dry, it’ll probably just get worse...that's why you need a blow dryer...maybe go ask one of those "high-end" salons if they offer collagen therapy...or whatever they call it...it might strengthen your hair and help with the oil and dandruff...
..as for hair loss, I guess it depends: if it's happening right now, it's likely just seasonal since everyone loses hair in the fall...
..but if it's constant...it's probably due to the dandruff and oily scalp...I'm not entirely sure...but it likely clogs the pores on the scalp, which causes the fallout...anyway...
Growing up, I was always an early sleeper because I hated being awake in the afternoons. My mom used to say I was a total nightmare in the evenings since I’d be wide awake so early in the morning..
That habit stuck with me. I guess I just don't function right after 9:30 PM, let alone later than that (like right now)..but I still wake up early. I need exactly eight hours of sleep to actually work properly; anything more or less just doesn't work for me.
If I went to bed at 10:00, I'd probably be up by 6:00. I don't really know what to do with myself then. I don't have a job, and there's no school, so waking up that early feels pretty pointless, I guess.
