Ugh... honestly, listening to all your stories is giving me actual chills... 😱
Thankfully, I haven't had to deal with any of that crap myself 🙂
It wasn't even the movie itself... I was honestly expecting way more from it 👎
What's your go-to movie genre? in Movies ·
My absolute favorites have gotta be Sci-Fi and psychological thrillers... 😁

And obviously Horror too, though honestly, I can't even remember the last time I actually sat through a decent Horror flick... 🤔
I'm seriously trying my hardest not to accidentally read a spoiler...😉

Heading over to watch the movie now—honestly, I totally passed out halfway through it last night...
Explosive: A feature story on eye healing in Health ·
So I went to see my eye doctor about that "natural" way to fix vision, and she basically shut me down. She told me straight up that those methods aren't permanent—your prescription is just gonna come crawling back eventually. And don't even get me started on how she absolutely trashed laser surgery, too. 😁
Do you even know how to use Google? 🙄 Just type in keywords diabetes and alcohol and hit search...

Here’s a link about diabetes and alcohol.
Questions about dental amalgams in Health ·
That amalgam filling is that "silver" one, and yeah, it’s got mercury in it.
I honestly have no clue how your filling even cracked. Are you talking about the whole thing? It looks like the tooth is worn down right to the nerve, and from what I can tell, it looks like you’ve had a root canal done... if that’s the case, the nerve is dead. But hey, I'm no expert, so don't take my word for it. 🙂 Just go see a dentist—who knows, maybe they'll actually know what's up? Some random people on an internet forum definitely won't!
Vision correction with Dr. Pavica in Health ·
So, about six months ago when I was in for my checkup, I actually asked my ophthalmologist about that whole method. Honestly? She wasn't exactly sold on it. Her take was that the results aren't permanent, which totally makes sense to me. From what I can gather, you’re basically just training the muscle, and once you stop, it’s just going to relax right back to how it was. Which means you're stuck coming back for sessions constantly—which is just a massive money pit! 😉

Zachary Thompson9 said:I usually just watch horror movies (or whatever) as a good way to blow off steam, so I rarely actually get creeped out... but that scene in The Ring where Samara crawls out of the TV? Man, that hit me hard.

Ugh, that’s exactly what I was getting at! Especially with the Japanese version of The Ring—when Samara climbs out of the screen, and especially that close-up shot of her eye... man, give me a break, I still get chills just thinking about it.

Man, I watched this ages ago, but that scene in Poltergeist where that tree is right outside the kid's bedroom window? That part where the little kid says the tree is watching them and knows everything about them... man, that tree absolutely haunted me.

steelviper6 said:I wouldn't know if that ozone stuff actually works or not, but if it can kill a person, it can probably take out viruses too.😁

You mean bacteria?😉
I honestly don't get why we have to be so cynical about every single thing that hits the market. I highly doubt dentists would even touch ozone therapy just to make a quick buck if they didn't believe it actually did something. Over in the US, ozone is already standard practice, and my own dentist tells me the results are killer. Honestly, I feel like dentistry is one of those medical fields where we're seriously lagging behind compared to the rest of the world, especially America. I’m not talking about basic fillings here since I'm no expert, but just look at the average American smile versus the average person back home. We barely have any cosmetic specialists, whereas over there, aesthetic dentistry is literally on every street corner! Porcelain veneers are such a huge thing, yet only a handful of people in NYC even touch them. It makes me wonder what kind of materials they're even using. I spent way too much time searching online for American dentists who work with Empress ceramic—you know, that high-end, metal-free aesthetic stuff—and I found absolutely nothing! NOTHING!👎 (btw, if anyone knows a dentist like that, shoot me a DM, thanks😉).
Look, I'm not trying to trash American dentists, but I'm genuinely worried this is the state of things here...😢 I really hope someone proves me wrong...

Nancy Moore3 said:What happens with that scene where she’s just chilling in the tub, and then suddenly—BAM!—this kid jumps out in front of her, covered in blood, wearing a mask and holding a noose? Or something like that? Honestly, I can remember feeling my heart skip a beat right then; I seriously thought I was going to have a cardiac arrest!

Man, there is nothing more unsettling than that specific trope. You know the one—a character walks into a kid's room while they're fast asleep, everything is quiet, and then suddenly you hear this low, aggressive growling. Then the camera pans over to show this massive, creepy dog just sitting right there by the bed, staring, like it’s "guarding" the kid. It gives me the absolute chills every single time. It's such a heavy, eerie way to build tension.
Man, those same creepy images that have some "glitch" on them? The ones that basically act like a spoiler for how you're gonna kick the bucket... honestly, chills. Brrr.
That scene near the end where that billboard falls and just straight-up decapitates the news reporter? Absolutely insane.
Man, that scene where that spike goes through the priest—and those creepy shots of that jagged shadow creeping toward him? Absolutely wild.😱

Nancy Moore3 said:It’s absolute garbage. On top of all the sheer stupidity, they even threw in some total bullshit at the end just to drive the point home.

Noooooo way.😠 So you could basically call every single horror movie garbage just because they’re full of stupid decisions, right? Look, the whole point of a horror flick is to actually scare people, and honestly, this one nailed it. I’m not usually the type to get worked up over every jump scare—half the time I’m actually just sitting there cracking up at how ridiculous everything is—but this one actually got under my skin.😂Man, this movie seriously stressed me out.

Man, it’s unbelievable how easily people fall for anything these days.🙄

What are you even talking about? It's science! Ozone is proven to wipe out up to 99.9% of bacteria if you just let it sit on your teeth for 20 to 30 seconds...

Ugh, that’s exactly what I was dreading... now everyone’s going to go running to the dentist asking for Healozone, and prices are just going to skyrocket through the roof.😠 Seriously, screw Explosive and those sensationalist news reports of theirs... 😁
But look, if it’s actually true that you can treat deep cavities or even skip root canals using ozone instead of drilling everything down, then that is legitimately revolutionary stuff!👍
Any dentists lurking on this sub? If you're still hanging out here, please, could you walk us through how Healozone actually works? Like, give us the full breakdown👍 on the pros and cons compared to the old-school drilling method we're all used to...

Nancy Moore3 said:That absolute trash Omen 666—there’s this part recently where she’s just brushing her teeth in total silence, moves the mirror slightly, and then, boom, there’s this sudden, loud, terrifying sound, and she sees this hairy red creature just standing there staring at her in the reflection. She was trying to play it cool leaning on her friend, but man, her legs were shaking. She was definitely shaking.

It was more because it was so sudden and I was sitting right next to the speakers, but yeah, I get it.

First off, that movie is not trash. 😉 For me, the scariest part was when that guy started shaving the kid's head looking for the 666 mark, and then that old lady just lunged at him! 😱 Ugh, the whole theater jumped, and some guy near me actually started swearing his head off...😂
Ugh, look, everyone’s gonna try to play doctor here and throw random advice at you, but honestly? The smartest move is to just go see an actual physician and ask them! I deal with this all the time too—like, my ears start ringing like crazy after a night out at a club—but three whole weeks straight? That's a different story...😕 Honestly, it’s probably nothing to worry about, but seriously, go get checked out so you can stop stressing over it.👍
