Just come up with a story that isn't totally unbelievable, and they’ll likely let you off with a warning if it’s your first offense. The funniest part is how dead serious they get when they ask if you're truly remorseful.😁 Then you have to play the humble part: "Yes, I am deeply sorry, it won't happen again..."🤣 And then the judge just scribbles it all down in the record... I once told them I usually bike everywhere and don't even carry a permit, but my bike actually got stolen that morning, so I had to take the MTA to make it to my exam on time!😁
That's exactly what I say every single time! Use the old "whenever we played soccer as kids, I always hit the post" line—that works every time...😁
Well... I’m still waiting on my second court date for carrying a stop sign, jaywalking, and driving drunk while technically being a pedestrian(?). I'll just tell them it's my first offense. 😁
Plus some charge for breaking a storefront window at the local precinct. But I didn't do it. Honestly, I'm even less guilty than I was last time...
...man. Reading this back now... yeah, doesn't exactly help my reputation...
So... I lived in Washington, D.C. for three years, and whenever I wasn't there, I was traveling back all the time... and not once in my life did I ever pay for a fare. I never had any issues... you really just have bad luck.
But I do have some experience with municipal court😁 🙄 You show up there and play the "this is my first offense" card. Tell them you'll never do it again, that you're just a struggling student, and how tough things are in the country right now. Claim you can't even afford a burger, that all your money goes to medicine because you've been sick your whole life, that you were always the last one picked for soccer, that you always hit the post, that your mom hates you, that you sleep in a basement, that you have holes in your shoes, that a bird pooped on your shoulder...
Give me a break! Just take all that and flip it to the feminine version... usually, that first part works (the "first offense" bit), and you just end up getting a warning. That happened to me twice—once for not wearing a helmet and once for not carrying my ID.😁

It was supposed to be one of those "emotional" movies where you just watch the ending and go, "Huh, interesting," and leave it at that. It isn't some grand puzzle you have to solve. You didn't miss anything, don't sweat it.
damn, that was my first thought too... I HATE movies like that... kind of like KPAX😠
In the sequel, the machines introduced two new adversaries for Neo in Reloaded, known as The Twins. Their main goal is to blend seamlessly into the simulated environment of The Matrix, moving through the crowds without drawing any attention. To pull that off, The Matrix turned them into The Merovingian's henchmen.
"What was that, sweetie?"
"Oh, nothing. Just looks like your average kung-fu Swedish Rastafarian Helldemon. No point in questioning our shaky, sheltered version of 'reality,' right?"
Just watched man on the Moon for the fourth time, and I STILL don't get it—did he fake his death or what?
Finally got around to watching The Matrix... and honestly, I'm lost. Is Neo just some statistical anomaly? And Zion exists because the machines want it to (though they still kill them off—why though?), plus how does Neo actually take out machines using nothing but his mind in the real world? And why the truce at the end?...

It probably won't ever hit those heights again, back when The Clash and the Sex Pistols were everywhere, but there will always be people listening to it...
Punk wasn't declared dead because nobody was playing or listening to it anymore... it happened because The Clash signed with a major label, the Pistols broke up, and all that.👋 That effectively killed the whole essence of punk. At least, that's one way to look at it...

Oh yeah... Zardoz! I was absolutely dying laughing at that one.
And then there's Home Alone, especially that scene where they break into the house...

I get that, but if I recall correctly, you’re all about that "preemptive strike" approach when it comes to neo-Nazis; basically, crush them first and ask questions later... yet here you are, wanting to put the founders of Blood & Honour in your dream lineup...

Jesse Ortiz4, what you’re describing isn't quite what I saw on your😁 No, seriously... I saw this segment on ESPN about paintball played in some enclosed arena with referees and obstacle courses where you just scramble to grab flags, and the whole round lasts two minutes! Two minutes!
What Jesse Ortiz4 is talking about sounds way better... crouching in the brush, climbing trees, running around, taking people out—now that's real...
