Justin Adams5, where on earth is that located?
Greetings,
I was actually just digging through some online resources looking for information on that exact term when I stumbled upon your question. Perhaps you could provide some insight and tell me about your experience? My husband is scheduled to go through a similar process this coming September (he’s with Chron).
I took the plunge from the Golden Gate Bridge about two years ago. Honestly? It was absolute madness.
The catch is that once you're standing on that platform, you have to push off yourself. There’s no backing out and no one is going to force your hand. The guy with you just counts down from three. As for me—I didn't hear a single word of that countdown. The adrenaline rush is just off the charts; it leaves you wired for the rest of the day. I even saw people standing right there on the edge who completely lost their nerve at the last second. It is absolutely worth it.
I’m planning to do it again at the first opportunity, though next time I’d prefer an even higher bridge. 🙂
I know, I did reach out, but the issue is the schedule itself—training is one week in the morning and the next at 4:30 AM. Since I don't clock out until 5:00, it just doesn't align. Regardless, thanks for the info.
Please, I need some advice!
Here’s the situation: I want to start training kickboxing—nothing too serious, just something recreational where I can hit some pads and blow off steam. I really need a way to release all this pent-up negative energy. I actually found a kickboxing class at the F45 gym over in Midtown, but when I finally worked up the nerve to call them, they told me the sessions are completely full. Does anyone have any recommendations on where else I could go to train?
There’s a kickboxing spot located over at the American center in Maksimir. I’m not entirely sure about the current rates—they likely have their own dedicated webpage, so you should probably check there for the specifics. Until recently, they offered sessions over at St. Jude's as well, though they've pivoted from kickboxing to standard boxing there. You get a personal trainer and can work around a schedule that you coordinate directly with them. That said, the pricing is a bit steep $120.
😁 Hello everyone. Does anyone happen to know of a reliable female gynecologist located in the downtown area? Currently, I’ve been seeing a private specialist, Dr. Burić over on Vinogradska, and she is absolutely wonderful—but I really need to find someone within the network to handle my referrals and paperwork.
