Honestly, back then it didn't look nearly as bad—probably because the swelling hadn't gone down yet—but it definitely wasn't looking good either. Over time, it’s like the middle part just collapsed, leaving that bone sticking out in the center, which makes the tip look way wider because the surrounding area has thinned out so much.
I can't even wear glasses because they just hurt my nose.
Sounds like you might have what's called a rooftop deformity. You need to go see an ENT at a major hospital... this isn't just about looks anymore, it's a medical issue.
I think Glumicic is a solid choice... honestly, I’d have already gone under the knife if I didn't have some health issues to sort out first. He seems really nice, though—just wish his sisters weren't such a handful, haha.
Maria Fisher46 said:It doesn't look like much at first glance, but if you actually crunch the absolute lymphocyte count, yeah, you're right—it’s absolute lymphocytosis. There is such a thing as "stress lymphocytosis," but I highly doubt a single sleepless night is enough to trigger this. The count isn't high enough to be an emergency, though. You didn't mention why you even had the blood drawn in the first place.
I rechecked the results two days later: L 7, ly 33%..

So, here’s the thing. I have a history of my blood work flipping on me—my lymphocyte percentage hits 47% sometimes, even though for the last few years it’s always stayed under 35%. This looks like absolute lymphocytosis to me. I'm dealing with insane stress right now and haven't slept a wink. Hey, dear doctors, could that be what's causing this?🙂
Look, take me for example. I’d much rather have cosmetic surgery done in a hospital setting. Why? General anesthesia, safety, and the fact that there isn't really a standardized way to handle this kind of procedure... It all comes down to whether the surgeon actually feels like fixing your nose or if they're just not in the mood to bother. Even though every hospital website claims they offer cosmetic procedures, why on earth don't they just list the prices clearly and call it a day?
Karen Clark12, I've heard nothing but glowing reviews about Dr. K from people on the inside. Honestly, if I were living in Rhode Island, he’d be the first person I'd go see. Good luck.
