Try using Ensure Plus if you want to gain weight. You can drink it twice a day between meals, but man, it's pricey—one bottle costs $4.00 so you'll need about $8.25 a day. That means you're looking at roughly $250 per month. It can be covered by insurance too; I'm actually heading to the doctor this Monday to get it prescribed.
I know a guy who drinks that crap. With a prescription, I think it's about two bucks.
In my opinion, that Ensure stuff is just total garbage.
