I'm getting ready for it.
What are the prices for the coffee???
Thanks!
Could someone please tell me where that shop on Fifth Avenue is located?
I actually had one back in high school. I had a biopsy done, and the doctor told me that if it wasn't causing any issues, he wouldn't bother removing it. It was about a centimeter at the time, but now? I can't even feel it anymore!
Hopefully, it’s gone for good!!!
🙂
I have this brown growth on my lower leg, about the size of a small coin. It’s slightly raised, and I can clearly feel the edges when I touch it. My esthetician told me it's just an ingrown hair,😕 but it just won't come to the surface...😢

I had to step away from competing two years ago because of some wrist issues. Once I got those joints sorted out, I transitioned into coaching kids. Honestly, I still love gymnastics, and working with the next generation is incredibly rewarding.
Is that right?
I did gymnastics for ten years straight. As soon as I hung up my leotard at 16, I jumped right into coaching, and I've been doing that for a decade now.
I absolutely love this sport, and working with the kids is pure joy!!👍
Even on the days they drive you completely crazy, you can't help but feel proud seeing everything they've accomplished at a competition.

I love to dance, but I haven't run into anyone else who dances yet. I wanted to start this thread to see if there are actually any other dancers out there.🙂 Is it more of a competitive sport thing or just for fun?
What kind of dance studio do you go to?
Definitely the competitive type!
😁
I've been focusing on Latin and standard styles at DJ Khaled for five years now.
Why is that?🙂

please 👋
In Importance!😁
Once you exit the Mustang, head back to the "main street" and just go straight. You'll see the Wrangler or maybe Lee—I can't recall exactly what it says—on your right!

How are denim jeans supposed to actually fit?
Well, you know—the kind where they don't bunch up at the thighs, they hug your backside just right, and most importantly, you actually feel comfortable wearing them! 👏

If they hit 27 out of 32, I’ll be satisfied.
And I’ve got a massive chill running down my spine right now!!!😁

Are you telling me every single cut is incredibly shallow?
I’m constantly running into this issue where everything I try on feels shallow and way too high-waisted. I just want them to sit right at the hip bone—if that's even what those bones are called. 🤔 I really wanted something that felt truly LOW, but I could only find one decent option in the Teranova line. Honestly, everything else was just too high. It’s all just variations of the classics, but none of them actually hit the mark.
🙂 🙂 🙂
Get me out of here, where you're all just absolute creeps. 😍
First, I'll get back to Elizabeth Ruiz2, and then I’m going to brag a little bit!😁
You’re really trying to push my buttons here, aren't you? I actually tried those lashes at Gaslight once—and then again at Replay. Honestly, I couldn't even get them to stay on. They looked incredible, though, and the price was actually pretty decent. $277It’s even darker now. Everything is happening right here in Times Square.
Now this:
I FINALLY BOUGHT THE TRAPS!!! 🙏
I headed over to the Levi's store downtown with my partner. I honestly couldn't believe what happened next. It had been years since I last bought a pair of jeans—I didn't even know my current size. A really kind, handsome salesman stepped in to help. He picked out a few different styles for me to try on, and I went through every single one. Whenever a fit wasn't quite right, he’d immediately grab something else for me. We eventually found the perfect style, though I was really hunting for a lighter, more distressed look.
Veli tip: "No worries, I’ve got another shop over there (Wrangler). I have two models waiting for you. I'm just stunned!!!"🙏
He dropped me off at that other shop, and I finally scored the exact pants I've been looking for!!!
Kudos to this guy—he’s a true professional!
Thanks again!!!
👋
I headed over to the King of Prussia mall earlier today. It’s been five years since I last bought a pair of jeans, so I figured with all those shops, I'd eventually find something.
But oh my god, what a disaster!!!!😠
I tried on stuff at Replay, Guess, Benetton... the denim quality is actually great, I won't lie, but the cuts...
I mean, who on earth can even fit into these things???😲
The rises are so shallow that you practically have to be a skeleton just to pull them up!!!! You need a 15-inch waist to make them work, plus legs like a giraffe!!! It's a complete joke!!!
And I only weigh 110 pounds😁 and I'm 5'3"!
Does anyone know if there are any "normal" jean cuts left in this world?? Something with a low rise (that isn't incredibly shallow) and a slight bootcut.
I'm going to spend the rest of the day wandering around town; hopefully, I'll strike gold.
There has to be hope somewhere!!!!
😉
It really depends on how much you actually damaged those ligaments.
I once tumbled down a flight of stairs and couldn't walk normally for two months. I went to my doctor and asked for a referral to an orthopedist, but she just gave me this blank stare: "Nothing is wrong. Just wrap it up and keep your leg elevated."😠
Luckily, my boyfriend's godmother is a physical therapist. When she started working on stretching me out... man, I was crying like a baby.🙂 🙂 🙂
Basically, once my ankle finally "cooled down," the ligaments had tightened up so much that they needed to be stretched all over again. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to walk at all.
For a month, it was nothing but ice massages, followed by Heparin cream to break up the swelling, and then stretching until I was in tears.
It was incredibly painful, but thanks to all that work, I can walk perfectly fine today!!👍
I haven't personally tried it, but we did have one presentation once.🙂
It was supposed to be some professional seminar on athlete nutrition, but instead, two total clowns showed up claiming to represent Amway👎. Honestly, I don't think those guys could string two coherent sentences together in a two-hour span. It was an absolute train wreck.🙂
The whole thing boiled down to this idea that you don't even need to eat; just pop a blue pill in the morning, a green one in the afternoon, shake up some powder, and boom—you've got all your vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Give me a break!🙂 😱
I’ve had a positive experience with this as well!👍
I actually suffer from a sun allergy, but last summer I started taking beta-carotene before heading to the coast, hit up a few tanning beds, and my allergy really did subside. 🙏
Look, having spent ten years in competitive gymnastics, I know exactly what you're dealing with!😁
My advice? Soak in a tub of hot water—as warm as you can comfortably stand—and just relax. Take some aspirin or Advil, or whatever you usually use for pain. If there's someone around to give you a massage, grab them. It might be a little tender at first, but it'll help flush that lactic acid out of your muscles much faster.
Whatever you do, don't take a complete break from training (like someone else suggested here), because you'll actually feel worse if you stop entirely. Instead, hit a light workout the next day and make sure you finish with some serious stretching!
That stretching should honestly be a mandatory part of every single workout session!!!
Fingers crossed for you!
😉
Basically, does anyone know if there's a way to actually cure this?
I honestly can't leave the house without a constant fit of sneezing, sniffing, and coughing. It's a total disaster. I picked up some Belocin the other day and it helps, but I can't just live on that forever.😢
Does anyone know of any herbal remedies that might help ease the symptoms?
Thanks!
