I honestly feel like egoism runs even deeper in people who completely lose sight of how to actually handle others, mostly because they hide behind all those different masks {under various excuses}
Unknown handling is probably more like semi-egoism
Unknown leadership is just a reflection of fear and pure selfishness. Honestly, what's even the point of leading like that? It’s a total joke, and they end up just humiliating themselves in the process.
Just try to be yourself during those job interviews, you know? It’s really not that big of a deal. You show up, see what the vibe is, listen, ask some questions, and go from there. Honestly, my best advice is to hunt for those listings that actually include a direct phone number. Dealing with all those endless email chains, resumes, and formal cover letters is just such a massive drag, don't you think?
What does happiness even mean? I guess everyone hears their own version of what it looks like, right? For me, it’s all about not letting the things we can't control get under our skin... you know? Sometimes, when you're feeling a bit lonely despite being surrounded by a massive crowd of people, you just get this weird sense of being out of place. Like you don't quite fit the mold.
