Look, Fliss is a good guy. He’ll find his footing eventually, I'm sure of it. He's got real potential. Once he truly feels that spark and wants to get involved, he'll be golden. It'll be great for me, and honestly, I think the whole crew will love having him around.

Well, I truly hope you can make it over sometime, even if it's just for a quick thirty minutes.

Hang in there, stay strong, and whenever you start feeling better, please stop by.👍

I'd love to catch him. Once we nail down a time—hopefully by tomorrow night—pass along my best and tell him I said hi.

I've read that more times than I can count. So many times.

Don't take it all to heart, okay?

By the way, when does Flick get unbanned?

Oh, come on, Chris Robinson25 is just joking around! Of course everyone is more than welcome to join us. And hey, who knows? Maybe there'll even be an after-party later, right? At the end of the day, the whole point is just to relax and have a good time.

Haha, alright then. If someone wants to play it safe, let them be safe!

I’m totally fine with letting the majority decide which day works best for everyone.

@Ghost, I’m really hoping we get a big turnout, especially if Altec shows up. We definitely need to settle this once and for all with a game of foosball.

Sure thing! Now we just wait for the crew to wake up so we can hash out all the details.

Works for me! Just let me know roughly where?

Let's aim for Friday. How about meeting up by the statue at Grand Central Terminal? Let's say 6:30 PM so Valnaut can make it, though anyone else is more than welcome to swing by if they're feeling it!

Oh, look at that! Even some of us are on the younger side, so things are about to get interesting.

Anyway, you're more than welcome in the older crowd, of course.

Haha, let's say Friday is a ballpark estimate for now. I'm keeping a close eye on the thread, so we should have the exact time and location nailed down by Wednesday afternoon.

If you want, just shoot me a DM with your number, or maybe pass it along to one of the folks planning to show up on Friday. It'll make it way easier for us to actually find each other once we're there.

There’s at least three of us in that 20 to 25 age range, so what are you waiting for? Be brave and just show up!👍

Oh, man, that’s awesome! It’s going to be such a blast. I'm already feeling that hype building up.

We could actually start planning our next hangout. I'm thinking Friday, December 5th—maybe late afternoon or early evening? Somewhere around 5:00 or 5:30 PM.

I’ve been wide awake for an hour now... and I haven't even had my morning workout yet! 🙂

There is a veeeeeery high probability that I'll be making an appearance!! 🙂

Exactly, I knew things were finally looking up

Roger Carter9 said:Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. To be honest, I’m not even sure if I can muster the strength to make it out tomorrow... I really wish I could, but I am feeling absolutely terrible right now. I wouldn't want to show up and just ruin the mood for everyone else; that’s definitely not my intention. I don't know how much of a struggle you all deal with—whether it's depression, feeling hopeless, or dealing with illness—but I am truly struggling. That is the plain truth. I’m still trying to figure my way around this forum, too; I’ll try to figure out how to send a private message or maybe find someone's number to send a text... I don't want to post my own number here publicly, even though part of me wants to, because I genuinely want to connect with people who are going through similar battles. Out of curiosity, how many of you are actually coming? Are you all dealing with health issues, or are you all "struggling" mentally or what? Anyway... thanks for understanding. 👍

Definitely don't post your phone number publicly.

You can find private messages in the top right corner. When you get one, it'll show up as a bolded "unread" notification.

Look, the whole point of these meetups is support. It's a chance to connect. Even people who just drop by the forum for the first time often leave feeling like they've known everyone for years.

Roger Carter9 said:Hey everyone, here comes another heavy one...
I just joined the forum and wanted to drop in to say hello to you all. I see some of you are meeting up tomorrow—is it over at Central Park? I didn't get a chance to read through everything or actually meet anyone yet... how could you be so heartless? How are you all holding up? Honestly, I decided to join because I can't seem to find any real understanding anywhere else; even among my own friends, I’ve been labeled as the "crazy one." So, I'm hoping that maybe I can at least find a few virtual friends or a close confidante here. As for tomorrow, I’m not entirely sure if I’ll have the guts to actually show up... I don't even know the exact location. But anyway, here I am! I wish you all nothing but the best, and I hope you're doing okay—or at least feeling a little better than you do now.

So, looking back at the last three months, we've averaged about four meetups a month. That's basically once every ten days.

New members are always welcome, and they usually get a nice little surprise when they realize how steady our rhythm is. These hangouts typically run for two, three, maybe even four hours.

Tomorrow, we'll be hanging out at the park by the benches near the flower shop.
Since it's gotten pretty chilly outside, it would be great if everyone could show up right on time.

It was awesome. My foosball skills are actually getting better, by the way. If enough people are down, maybe we could even put together a little foosball tournament soon?

Well:

I'll be at the doctor's until about 2. Carl Rivera43 hasn't given me a solid answer yet, but I'm guessing we'll be busy all afternoon.

Haha, alright, let's aim for somewhere around 3:00 then.

Something along those lines should work. At the end of the day, the main thing is just making sure the crew is ready to go.
