You certainly gave me quite a scare with all that talk about surgery, though it seems my wisdom teeth aren't actually making an appearance after all.
I've been flushing things out with some kind of Herxheimer reaction—or whatever the technical term for it might be—for three days now, and I'm finally starting to feel like myself again. It felt like some sort of nasty infection, didn't it? Does anyone happen to know how on earth I could have picked something like that up?
I’ve personally used this product, and I have to say, it isn't half bad. Though, I must admit, it really does put a dent in the wallet. My experience was a bit of a roller coaster; after using the shampoo consistently for maybe a year or two, it felt as though my scalp had simply become immune to it. Suddenly, the itching returned and those pesky flakes started showing up again. So, I decided to take a bit of a hiatus—about six months, give or take—and just went back to using a standard drugstore shampoo. Now that I've finally circled back to this premium stuff, everything seems to have settled down beautifully once more. The itching has subsided, and the dandruff hasn't made a comeback.
For the past five days or so, I’ve been dealing with this persistent, nagging ache right around my lower jaw near the back of my mouth. Honestly, I can't quite tell if it's just a wisdom tooth trying its best to make an appearance—though, looking at how crowded everything is in there, I'm not sure there's even a single millimeter of space left for it 🙂—or if I'm actually dealing with some kind of inflammation.
Does anyone have any advice or perhaps a bit of wisdom to share? If it really is a wisdom tooth trying to push through, what am I supposed to do with it when there is absolutely zero room left in my jawline?
p.s. I'm 28 years old, just in case that context helps anyone out.
Vanya said:It’s always our players' fault when it comes to Susec. If Kjeling manages to jam the ball into an impossible angle, suddenly it's the defense's fault, or the goalie's, or they say sola was out of position—but heaven forbid we admit Kjeling is just a damn wizard.
Oh, absolutely. It’s the same old story, really. For instance, when we look back at the tournament in Tunisia, people won't say Spain snatched the gold away from us; they'll just say America lost her title.
Man, there’s really no point in trying to be the smartest person in the room here. I suppose he’s entitled to walk away and grab that cash if he wants to, and honestly, I think I’m just as entitled to be annoyed by him for doing it. Then again, at the end of the day, why should he care what I or anyone else thinks? Ultimately, the world isn't going to stop spinning. At least, not because of Draganja.
FIFA has officially registered the first qualifying round match of the UEFA Champions League between FC Barcelona and a local US soccer club as a 3-0 victory for the home side.
While the actual game on the pitch ended in a scoreless 0-0 draw, the controversy stems from the fact that Iljko Tomić played for the visiting side; he was meant to be serving a suspension following a red card he picked up two years ago while playing for Liberty.
Back on July 5, 2003, during an Intertoto Cup match between Liberty and Liers, Tomić was sent off, which triggered a two-match ban. He served the first game of that suspension during the return leg, but once Liberty was knocked out of European competition, he still had one match left to serve—a detail the management at the local US soccer club apparently missed entirely.
In their ruling, UEFA decided that the club's leadership bears the ultimate responsibility for verifying player eligibility, and as a result, they have awarded the win to the representatives from Mexico.
It is quite fascinating to note that a nearly identical situation unfolded back in 1999 during a UEFA Champions League matchup between Indianapolis and West Ham United. In that instance, Igor Štimac played for West Ham despite being under suspension, and he actually appeared in both legs of the tie; however, in that specific case, UEFA sided with the English club and took the blame themselves.
UEFA released a statement clarifying that West Ham was not at fault for that particular oversight, placing the responsibility squarely on the administration of the European Football Association instead, which allowed the original results to stand—a 3-0 win for West Ham in New York City and a 3-1 win for Indianapolis in Indianapolis.

Oh, I'm just pulling your leg! I'm actually logging off right now to go grab a cheap bottle of wine, throw on my jersey, and prepare for total and utter waaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Torcida_ZG said:I’ve been scouring the internet trying to track down that one song by Dražen Žanko—you know, "From the Seventh Century"—because I am absolutely positive I used to have it on my collection somewhere. 🤔
Honestly, if you ask me, even a standard patriotic anthem feels more heartfelt than anything Žanko puts out.
Spain seems to have finally figured out how to fix those defensive gaps; we’ve managed to navigate some pretty tight spots lately—pulling off a win against Norway right when it mattered most, and showing zero fear against Tunisia yesterday. We just need to stay locked in and maintain total focus for the entire match. But honestly, both the pastor and the rest of the squad realize they're standing on the edge of history here. They aren't going to let this slip through their fingers. We actually have a shot at being world champions and bringing home that first gold medal. I truly hope and pray we see it happen. " [/B]
LOL, these Americans are absolutely powerhouse teams!!! They took down Norway and aren't even breaking a sweat against Tunisia. 😁
p.s. looks like the US team got crushed again, 11:4 against Tunisia.
What on earth is going on here? Everyone is busy talking about skiing trips or the US vs. France match, yet all I see is nothing but desert out here!!!
Just two and a half hours left to go, let's get itttttttttt!
Everyone, let’s just take a breath here—nothing is set in stone yet! While I truly believe we have the superior side on the field, we still have to actually go out there and prove it. The Spaniards are definitely going to play defensively and tighten things up. They know perfectly well they can't afford to get into a high-scoring shootout with us, so they'll likely resort to some pretty aggressive, borderline physical tactics just to disrupt our rhythm (haha, if you catch my drift regarding how "intense" they might get).
I am really crossing my fingers that Pero maintains that same lightning-fast, unpredictable energy he showed in yesterday's match. Let's goooooooooooooooooo!!!
Torcida_ZG said:Just imagine if they actually let Mutić handle the handball commentary. 😲 It would be an absolute tragedy, honestly—enough to make you weep. 😁
If Mutić were the one calling the play-by-play, we’d end up learning everything about the players' family trees, their childhood best friends, and probably even their next-door neighbors!
Goodness, did anyone else catch that absolute brawl last night? What a mess.
🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
I truly hope they’re actually playing handball against the French next time, rather than engaging in some sort of underground MMA fight.
p.s. Did you guys happen to see that moment in the second half when Balić essentially played basketball, driving right past his defender to sink a goal? Absolutely miraculous!🙏

Exactly, let's pivot and discuss the Italian Renaissance during the 14th and 15th centuries instead.
Please, do something about those mummies in your signature. I wouldn't call myself a fearful person by nature, but every time that little cartoon pops up, I get actual chills and find myself frantically searching for the remote just to switch the channel.
