It all started with swelling in my legs. Initially, I assumed my shoes were simply too tight, but after months of enduring the discomfort, I realized the culprit was an non-ergonomic office chair.
I tried using a footrest to compensate.
Since last year, I’ve been feeling this sharp pain in my back, right near my left shoulder blade, almost as if someone had driven a knitting needle into me, and my left arm occasionally goes numb.
Eventually, I discovered the issue stemmed from having my keyboard positioned too high on a drafting table rather than a standard computer desk...
The neck pain I've been nursing for fourteen months is a direct result of constant mouse clicking.
My right hip has been bothering me for years, but it becomes significantly worse if I happen to cross my legs, mainly because my footrest isn't quite sufficient.
My legs continue to swell.
I’ve lost about fifty percent of the strength in my left arm compared to how it used to be.
My eyes ache, and my vision gets blurry for several hours after spending time at my desk and PC.
The headaches are becoming increasingly frequent.

In theory, the ideal posture would be reclined in a chair, much like an astronaut during liftoff, or perhaps tucked into a fetal position.
The keyboard should ideally rest in your lap, with the monitor positioned slightly lower so your gaze is directed downward.

But how does one actually achieve that...?!
