Dr. Željko Letica at the local Community Health Center is absolutely the best, hands down. He’s always so warm and welcoming with that constant smile on his face, and he truly takes the time to listen to everything you have to say; isn't it rare to find such a genuinely great human being who is also an incredible physician?
What I find most amusing about our culture is how we love to romanticize the way Americans handle mental health, picturing them all cozy on a therapist's couch, having these deep, meaningful chats as if it’s just a normal part of life—something we all secretly wish we could embrace too. But the second you actually suggest that seeing a psychiatrist might be a necessary step, people immediately start making those dark, outdated associations with old-school, terrifying asylum movies or those grim, horror-themed depictions of mental institutions.
I suppose for so many people here, the mere mention of psychiatry or mental illness still conjures up nothing but images of being shackled to a bed and staring blankly into space.👎

I mean, check out IKEA—they've got some really beautiful, modern stuff that won't break the bank.

I wouldn't even dream of buying anything through a catalog because, let me tell you, I already struggle enough just trying to get myself ready and dressed in the morning!

Marks & Spencer has some really wonderful pieces if you look closely, though I have to admit they are a bit on the pricier side, but honestly, there are such gems to be found there
Amadeus also carries a much wider selection of sizes, don't you think? 👍
Secondhand smoke issues in Health ·
As someone who used to be a smoker myself, I definitely get why the smell bothers people, but honestly, there’s just such a thing as going way too far with it, isn't there?🤷
How to lose weight and get back in shape? in Health ·
Maybe try avoiding those late-night dinners and start getting out for some walks, or perhaps you could even sign up for a local fitness class or some kind of organized activity?
Wishing you the best of luck...
If I could just jump in here and pose a quick question
I’ve been using those essential oils too, but my method is a bit different; I just put them in a little water container and hang it right over the radiator
Does that make it just as harmful? Or is there a difference?
