Sometimes you just need a chiropractor to pop that ankle back into its rightful place...
You can get away with using ice three times a day, maybe doing some light circular motions for a few minutes, but honestly, if you go overboard with it, you’re just going to trigger even more inflammation.
My old-school doctor used to swear by an old folk remedy for resetting joints—basically mixing apple cider vinegar with water and applying it as a compress on a cotton or linen cloth; apparently, it helps soothe the swelling from a sprain and takes the edge off the pain...

They told me there were no fractures and the ligament wasn't totally torn, just a partial rupture of the tibiofibular ligament. That's why they put me in this brace.
But now, eight days later, I've got this horrible pain starting from my ankle and going up about four inches... I can't tell if it's muscle or bone or what. Bottom line is, it hurts.
Maybe it's just because I've been stuck in this thing being too stiff? Honestly, I have no clue.
If anyone out there has dealt with something similar, let me know. Thanks.
First off, you’ve basically wrecked your joint and stretched or partially torn the ligaments—based on what you're saying, that sounds about right. You really need to find a solid chiropractor or someone who actually knows how to align joints, otherwise, you're going to be dealing with this for a long, long time. Try using warm compresses made of half apple cider vinegar and half water; keep it warm while applying it, but once it starts to cool down, take it off, because at least that should help draw out the bruising.
I really hope you can find someone nearby who knows what they're doing, because if not, your leg might never fully cooperate with you again.

And why did they mark it down like it was some major emergency when I went to the ER? Also, why does my leg go totally numb from the foot all the way up whenever I try to point it down? It happens so fast I can't even hold my leg down for five minutes... ugh, it's driving me crazy.
Honestly, if I were you, I’d find a solid chiropractor or someone who actually knows how to adjust joints as fast as possible... it sounds like one of your joint bones shifted out of place and probably pinched a tendon, which is likely cutting off your circulation and causing all that intense pain and swelling.
You might feel some relief in about a month or so, but you'll always be dealing with these little issues that eventually lead to much bigger problems down the road. It’s really best to get adjusted properly and then alternate between hot and cold compresses for a few minutes at a time. Hot compresses usually work wonders, and maybe try a diluted apple cider vinegar soak to help pull that swelling down.
I hope this helps at least a little bit, even if it's just through a screen....
Can someone please help me out here? How on earth does a perfectly healthy person end up with a sedimentation 3/5 of 60?
I mean, look, it’s clearly a sign that there’s some kind of inflammation lurking somewhere in the body, but the person feels completely fine... just totally normal... if anyone has any actual explanations or knows what might be going on, I'd really appreciate it.
Speaking from my own experience here, I can tell you that out of all the different medications I’ve ever tried, herbal teas were actually what helped me the most...
Besides just drinking the tea, you really have to focus on staying calm and keeping your stress levels down, because honestly, all that tension plays such a huge role in how those cysts form in the first place.
You basically need to clear out any inflammation happening in your lower abdomen, and once you do that, everything usually settles—your period becomes regular again, and the pain and those cysts just seem to vanish...
As for the doctors, I still head in to get a professional verification and make sure there aren't any major changes happening, since at the end of the day, they do know their stuff, but for me personally, nature and tea did the heavy lifting, especially once I started getting serious about hitting the gym and practicing yoga every single day...
Man, I’ve been listening to all these stories from folks who’ve dealt with the whole hemorrhoid nightmare, and honestly... they keep saying Hadensa is actually the real deal, but there’s a catch—you can't just stop using it the second you feel better. You’ve gotta keep at it for a while to really finish the job, you know? And apparently, the best way to handle things is to wash up with lukewarm water after every single bathroom trip, and please, for the love of God, stay away from those harsh, aggressive soaps... people have also been swearing by these homemade suppositories made from lard, which sounds wild, but hey, if you can get some seaweed into your diet, that’s supposed to be great too. Just whatever you do, stay far away from anything greasy or super spicy... it's just not worth the agony...
Usually, that ringing in your ears should die down after maybe two or three days, assuming the culprit was just blasting some loud music or something similar—and whatever you do, don't go making that mistake again.
Then again, "tinnitus" is such a massive, vague umbrella term... It's most often caused by being blasted with high decibels or maybe an ear infection or something along those lines.
Ashley Rodriguez92 said:I actually saw my OB-GYN back in December because I was dealing with some cysts, which is why my period skipped entirely.
The cysts cleared up eventually, and my cycle finally came back around on January 15th.
Hey there...
So, if you don't mind me asking, how did you actually get rid of those cysts? Like, what was the actual process, or did you even have to do anything specific at all to make them go away...
Honestly, you can just use supplements to get everything balanced out so your periods aren't such a nightmare, and if you ever have even a tiny suspicion that you might be pregnant, you just head straight to the doctor to get a definitive answer and clear up any doubt...
And another thing, if you don't actually understand how getting pregnant works in the first place, you really ought to do some actual research before you start trying things...
Sometimes the women I deal with just drive me absolutely insane with how little they know, it’s like they have zero grasp on basic biology, and honestly, in this day and age, that kind of ignorance is just plain ridiculous...
bolddrifter452 said:So... basically, I woke up yesterday with a fever, and even after trying everything to get it down, it just won't budge past about 101 degrees...
It was actually hitting closer to 103... I went to see my doctor and told her all about how much my throat hurts and everything, but she just brushed it off, saying my throat is only slightly inflamed and there's no way the fever is coming from that. She didn't even bother checking my breathing or giving me a real diagnosis; she just handed me some Tylenol and told me to go home and rest...
Since I'm feeling a bit out of it and scattered, I’d really appreciate hearing what you guys think or if you have any advice. Thanks in advance...
First thing is, you need to go back and get a proper second opinion... if it's just a virus or some seasonal flu, you can try managing the fever with Tylenol, cold compresses, or maybe a quick lukewarm shower.
Drink as much tea as possible to fight off the cold or flu. Hope you feel better soon.

Of course, everyone's body reacts differently, which is why I shared my own experience, but I even went out of my way to track down some Hadens, which you can't even find here in the States. It worked terribly compared to other stuff I've tried, so I just tossed it... makes you wonder why they don't even carry it in America, right?
If you try the natural route, it actually works wonders—it won't hurt anyone if you stay consistent, you just have to be persistent about it...

Lately, my husband and I have been having anal sex, and honestly, he’s usually the one initiating it. But over the last two times, I noticed this little lump popping up right after we’re done. At first, I just assumed they were internal hemorrhoids because it actually went away after a couple of days... but then we did it again today, and when I was cleaning up, there it was again—only this time, the lump feels a bit bigger. It’s right at the opening of the anus. Is it possible these are just internal hemorrhoids like I think they are, or could it be something else entirely? I noticed it once more after a big bowel movement too, where this tiny little thing popped out and then tucked itself back in. Now, though, the lump is larger, maybe the size of a pea or something. It’s in the exact same spot as before. Could these really just be internal hemorrhoids, or is something else going on with me? And is anal sex actually dangerous? Please help, I’m lost and don't know what to do... Should I even let him do this anymore? He really enjoys it, but I'm just worried about my health after the fact. Please, if anyone can help, I’d appreciate it.
P.S. Please don't derail this thread into a debate about anal sex; I’m not looking for commentary on that part, I am genuinely concerned about my physical health following the act. So please, any kind souls out there, I need some advice.
First off, you should probably hold off on that kind of sex for now, given what's happening...
If you've got hemorrhoids, you're better off trying some natural remedies since they're so common, and you absolutely have to make sure you're cleaning up properly after every bowel movement. If you don't want to go the natural route, just see a doctor; they have good ointments and suppositories under the name "Fact"...
If you decide to stick with the natural stuff, hit me up, I'm around.
Honestly, once you finally sit down in that exam room and talk things through with your OB-GYN, all those nagging little doubts and "what-ifs" will probably just sort themselves out...
Raymond Booth12 said:This is becoming a massive headache... here’s the situation... my girlfriend is dealing with some white discharge—which I'm sure you guessed from the title—but the real issue is that I love oral, and right now, it’s completely off the table because of the odor and just how unpleasant it feels... I can manage a little something before penetration while everything is still tucked away 😁, but that basically limits me to just the clitoris. Since I like to be thorough, it’s honestly driving me up the wall—not to mention the fact that any attempt at oral after penetration, once things have shifted, is just absolutely soul-crushing. She went to see her gynecologist, but she’s stuck on a waiting list for a month, and who knows how much longer it might take to actually get this sorted out... so, I’m asking the lovely ladies who have dealt with this or are currently going through it: how are you handling this? Is there any kind of alternative—maybe certain teas or something similar—that could help? Because if the doctor doesn't fix this soon, I might actually lose my mind. 🙏
If you stick with natural remedies and stay consistent, you'll usually see progress pretty fast and effectively...
