I honestly don't get this: He would kick you out if you showed up, and now he's actually mad at you???? 😲 I wear fixed braces myself. I’ve only had the clasp come loose once, but the wire has popped out of the bracket multiple times. Every single time, I just headed straight to my orthodontist to have them slide the wire back in or glue the bracket down... these are minor hiccups that happen to EVERYONE wearing braces. I really don't see why your dentist is making such a big deal out of it... just go see him and let him straighten the wire... problem solved!!!
Ugh, I’m dealing with the exact same thing... It’s just like Angela Wright said, that constant cramping... It always seems to hit either two or three days before my period starts or right during ovulation... Honestly, I was getting pretty worried because that kind of cramping is just so uncomfortable...
Day 3 of my period. My temp is sitting at 98.2, but I woke up with those hot cheeks again... honestly, it feels like it might be higher. It’s probably for the best that I don't have a thermometer within reach right now, otherwise I'd be spiraling... 😬
Oh, I can definitely feel it today... but we're already on day 18, so we've pretty much settled into that pre-period phase. That means our temperatures are starting to climb again 😬
Look, it's day 20 of your cycle. Of course your breasts are going to be sore. It doesn't matter if they've never hurt before—there's always a first time for everything! For me, it’s totally unpredictable. One month they ache, the next they don't; one month my ovaries start hurting the second ovulation kicks in, and the next... there's just no set rule. So please, don't worry too much. It is completely normal for them to be tender!

The same thing happens to me. Just today, my temp spiked to 99 after 4:00 PM... but honestly, I've been under so much pressure lately that I wouldn't be surprised if that's the cause... still, I hate seeing that number climb, plain and simple.😬
My low-grade fever is back 😢 It’s day 15 for me. I was at 97.9 this morning, but now I'm sitting at 98.6. I honestly can't tell if this is just coinciding with my ovulation window, but it's still weighing on my mind.. 🤔 I was tracking it last week and it stayed around 97.9 in the afternoons, but now I'm second-guessing everything.. 🙄 Plus, I feel absolutely wiped out... especially today.. 😢
I actually took my temperature yesterday morning, and it was only 36.3... 😲 😲 It felt so strange seeing such a low reading after those spikes we were seeing in the high nineties... 😬
As for the stress factor... that could definitely be it, but ovulation can play tricks too. I've dealt with just about everything myself, and with stress being everywhere these days, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if that was the culprit...
I think I'll give it a rest for a few days, then maybe out of pure curiosity, I'll check again around ovulation just to see where things stand.. 😬

Unfortunately, I’m an asthma sufferer by the book😢 but honestly, this Seretide works wonders for me. I'm still using Tafen Nasal too, and it makes me feel like a newborn... 😬 I have a follow-up appointment next week, so we'll see if we can scale back the dosage or maybe switch things up entirely... My doctor actually wanted to run an aspirin challenge test and keep me in the hospital for a few days, but I've been pretty clever about dodging that. Between my schedule and just not feeling up for it, I managed to get out of it... 😬
