🙂 Take another look at it—you might actually end up liking it this time.😉

So you're actually a fan of Bridget Jones, are you!?

Heaven forbid🤮

But if you honestly believe that only women can appreciate Amélie, then you’ve really missed the mark 🙄. The movie is essentially a massive love letter to Paris—and to cinema itself

He’s a guy, so obviously he loves movies like Amelie!
Wild, right?

Look, man, go watch a Vin Diesel movie instead.🤮

😠 Is this really that hard to wrap your head around?

Once they wrap up the production of Ocean's Eleven, they're going to have to hire about 20 A-listers 😬 Honestly, I'm just not sure if the math actually adds up for them 🤔

By the way, how many sequels does that horror flick with Freddy Krueger actually have 🤔?

Richard Carter59 said:Some movies just don't belong with a sequel, yet somehow they still make them ☕...

I honestly can't tell if they'll push forward with Ocean's Eleven 😬, or if we're looking at Academy Awards 8 (if I recall correctly, they're already eyeing a ninth installment)—and maybe even Pirate of the Caribbean will make it to a sixth. But if we're talking about the undisputed king of sequels, it has to be Rocky. Even the very first movie wasn't originally supposed to be made 🤣

I honestly don't see the point in video game adaptations. In the games themselves, characters like Agent Price are often written quite shallowly—which isn't even a flaw, really—because it works perfectly when the focus is on the action rather than endless dialogue. There are a few rare exceptions where developers actually put in the work to deliver an incredible story alongside great mechanics, but usually, the plot just serves as a foundation for the gameplay. Now, if you turn that into a movie, you have to wonder: is it actually going to be interesting? When you're watching a screen, you're just a passive observer instead of an active participant in the experience. Maybe these adaptations are only meant for the hardcore fans who live and breathe the franchise. Personally, I’ve played Hitman, but there is absolutely no way I’m sitting through a movie ☕

Richard Carter59 said:I caught this one in theaters when it first dropped. I went in totally blind and was absolutely floored!
Back then, I was obsessed. Now? Not quite as much, but it’s still a solid watch...
I saw the sequel in the cinema too, but that was a different story entirely. Just a weak attempt at something...

Personally, I didn't even see an "attempt" here. To me, it just looked like a massive cash grab aimed at anyone gullible enough to buy a ticket.🤮

She's clearly your absolute favorite! Crazy!

I'm not really that type—he is😠

I can tell you're not really feeling the wedding vibes today—so let's just drop it. 😁

I don't mind if you're into Amelia.

But honestly? It bothers me that you just don't like 😍

Anthony Kim18 said:It’s been a massive hit for as long as I can remember.
I mean, didn't it hold that number one spot at the box office for a while?

Fair enough. Maybe *Amelia* is just one of those rare exceptions—the kind of movie that manages to capture a massive audience—because, honestly, there are so many truly great films out there that most people have never even heard of. There are always outliers like that.

Anthony Kim18 said:Well, maybe most people just don't have any taste!

Honestly, the majority probably doesn't have taste—it's that simple. Besides, who actually claimed that Amelia was a crowd-pleaser? ☕

Total disaster!
So dumb. The plot was non-existent.
I’m usually not even into rom-coms, but this was painful!
Zero logic. Just awful.
I must have drifted off at least six times in the theater.
And honestly? I only woke up out of pure politeness. I tried to stick it out, but man, it was just too bad to stay awake.
And then it happened again!
Thank God it finally ended.

Now I'm running from this movie like it's a horror flick.

Or maybe you just don't have any taste.☕
Laura Palmer25 said:If Hollywood pumps out 70% garbage movies compared to their annual output—well, we’re going to suffer too—since the vast majority of what hits our screens comes straight from them.

That is exactly why DivX exists.🙏

Am I really the bad guy for watching Wicker Park first?

I honestly can't wait to see him again 🙂

Jerry Martin19 said:The schedule lists Zabriskie Point . But Valley of Death (which is actually Red Valley) should be Il Deserto Rosso , right?

Rest in peace, Antonioni.

edit: I just realized they translated Zabriskie Point as Valley of Death

.

Zabriskie Point was translated as Valley of Death, while Il deserto rosso ended up being called Red Desert.

It’s a pretty darkly comedic take—in that classic Michael Moore style—on how the American healthcare system operates. Honestly, I was floored watching how people are denied life-saving surgeries over the most trivial, insignificant reasons. And while everyone seems to obsess over the segment on Cuba, that’s really just the last fifteen minutes of the film. Moore travels through France, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Cuba, visiting hospitals along the way, where he asks—rather naively, if you ask me—about the cost of services, only to be told every single time that everything is essentially free 🤣. There's plenty of satire woven in, too. Definitely worth a watch 👍
