It was alright, but last time was much better. I couldn't agree more; this venue just isn't their scene. The intimacy was missing, and honestly, the stage was way too bright. If they’d dimmed those lights even a little, the vibe would have been much better.
For God's sake, they didn't even play Dig a Hole, Suffering Song, or Front Porch.😢
Both the debut and the follow-up were stellar But this latest one... hm. It’s decent enough, I suppose, but it feels far too polished and restrained. YYYs are one of those bands that simply need to sound gritty and raw to be themselves.
