My doctor actually suggested I try this, but I’ve already hit four or five different pharmacies around town this afternoon and they’re completely sold out everywhere. Is there some kind of secret reason why everyone wants them? Like, are they truly that much better than the usual stuff, and is it even worth the hassle considering they go for $40?

Can anyone point me toward a solid alternative? I just need something that actually packs enough of a punch to work...
