Not looking to start any fights, I just love music festivals and get seriously depressed when they wrap up. What am I even supposed to look forward to now?
Hold Steady was a total blast, pure joy. It’s hard to ignore how much positive energy they bring, even if their songs don't totally grab you. Just sweet, upbeat vibes.
Iggy and the crew? Absolute garbage to me. I get why people showed up for the classics, like "I Wanna Be Your Dog" or those weaker, redundant versions of tracks we heard at Lollapalooza, or maybe some stuff from the new record, but hearing "1970" and "TV Eye" actually cleared my head for a second.
I was listening to !!! from a distance, so I won't get too deep into it. They were decent enough, though they leaned way too hard on the recent albums. If they had played "Puppet" 😍 every single night and all day long...
Wok Inn is such a killer name.
Thank God the weather cleared up, because things were looking sketchy, and I absolutely hate it when there's thunder and lightning. 😳

Not alone.
Man, I just hope the info on where to grab vouchers doesn't blow up too much. One of the girls working the booth asked us if we'd actually crunched the numbers. No calculator, zero math skills—makes sense why this is taking forever. If there had been more room at the venue, things wouldn't have been such a mess, but whatever.
Just praying it doesn't pour...

He’s not bad. Saw him at Lollapalooza last year and it was decent enough. They play everything except the Raw Power album. So don't hold your breath for Search and Destroy, most likely.

See that part where your body splits into two pieces?
Yeah?
Well, those pieces are called legs.
Mainly they exist so guys can stare blankly at them when some girl puts on a skirt.
But they also work great for walking away from the most annoying person you've ever met...
Keep that in mind for next time.
thanks for the tip, but I liked my spot🙂
besides, everyone heard that coming from miles away.
killer show. honestly, the vibes were there. especially during photographs 😍 but I was stuck standing right next to the most annoying human being on the planet—someone who actually managed to get under Mick Jagger's skin too 🙄
it's wild how Mick can speak different languages 🙏 while Nick couldn't even manage a basic German greeting if his life depended on it 😬

Regarding Pink Floyd, I can't even find my own tape 😢 just Intoxicated Man on cassette. Probably a friend has it, so I'll bug them for it.
How much are tickets for Jack White and The White Stripes?
Anyone know where I can download the new Jack White album?
Give me a break. I was actually moved to tears by how beautiful this was. 😳
That gig was a total sleeper hit. Juliette is one hell of a powerhouse 👍
Man, so much good stuff here...
God, Crime and City Solution... I haven't touched them in forever. Even when they pop up on my Napster queue, I just can't bring myself to hit play. 😁 Guess it's time for a little refresher course. 🙂
Check my signature... 🙂
How am I supposed to pick just one favorite line when everything is pure genius?!
That little girl on Last Year's man always messes with my head in the best way. I meant to actually sit down and read some novels, but life happened. Instead, I just flip through the Selected Poems and Songs my good friends gave me ages ago 😍

The one easy track was fine, whatever.
But hey, they aren't getting any younger...

Schedules always run late anyway, so just plan for an extra half hour... 😉
