jopa , if you just head over to Whole Foods, they’ll gladly swap out the product for you and pull those expired items off the shelves right then and there if you decide to call in the FDA, they’ll clear the aisles and slap them with a fine too you can’t really sue them for anything since there aren't any actual damages, so there isn't much of a case to make
