Does anyone know a decent dermatologist in Washington, D.C.? I’m dealing with these non-specific keloids that just won't budge, and honestly, they're becoming such a nuisance... I've already cycled through several surgeons and dermatologists, but nobody seems to have a real answer or a way to fix them. It doesn't matter if it's a private practice, I just need someone who actually knows what they're doing and can find a solution, because surgery isn't really an option for removing this mess since there's such a high chance they'll just come right back.
Honestly, you might want to hit up a podiatrist before rushing straight to a surgeon... my brother went through absolute hell dealing with an ingrown nail, seeing all sorts of specialists, and in the end, he just stumbled upon this incredible specialist—he actually just happened to see a feature about them in a local newspaper—and he couldn't be happier with the results. It really just comes down to finding the right expert and sticking with them. I mean, I keep seeing these ads popping up everywhere for those Scholl kits or whatever they call those DIY ingrown nail sets, but if you ask me, it’s much better to just leave it in the hands of a professional who actually knows what they're doing.
So, I recently picked up some tights at Interspar from that S-Budget brand, and honestly? They aren't half bad... I got two pairs for about $3 $3.25... They also have those ankle socks, just as cheap, at $3 for two pairs $2.75... But since they can't really handle the thicker tights—which I usually grab from the Adriatic brand instead—I stick to the Pascarel line for my socks and no-shows over at Interspar

I don't buy into any of that nonsense, and I certainly don't give them a dime... I still remember this one woman who fell hook, line, and sinker for the whole act $6.75—she was sitting in some local diner when someone shoved a bunch of props and a cardboard sign claiming to be deaf right under her nose... and then, after a little while, she actually caught the person talking away to someone else like nothing was wrong ☕ I’ve also seen another woman wandering around the halls of the Mayo Clinic, acting the part and collecting cash by pretending to be deaf, only for me to spot her later at a different spot acting completely normal...

Ugh, I am never going to forget this one old lady, honestly, she drove me absolutely insane... I was remembering this one morning about a month ago when I headed into the ER, and I finally spot an open seat, so I sit down, right? Then, out of nowhere, this lady appears behind me—all decked out in heels, looking polished from head to toe—and she starts attacking me for sitting! I tried to be perfectly polite and explain why I was forced to take a seat, but she just kept going with, "Oh my god, you are so rude, how old are you even? Who are you to claim your ankle hurts?" and all that nonsense...🙂But then, once I asked her how she even had the energy to sprint into the emergency room while wearing high heels (because I saw her doing it!), she just shut up immediately.☕I was just like, "Ugh, get lost, you're driving me crazy."😳☕
