Migraine dissolving tablets

1. For a ton of people, migraines seem to be tied directly to foods high in tyramine—which is basically an amine that triggers blood vessel dilation—so we're talking things like deli meats, salami, hard cheeses, sauerkraut, pickles, certain legumes, fermented soy stuff, all kinds of nuts, and even alcohol or fermented drinks. I guess the smartest move is just to stick to fresh food and maybe keep a little food diary to see if you can actually spot any patterns...
2. Some folks have had decent luck by mixing Advil with whatever acetaminophen they have on hand (like Tylenol, Percocet, Panadol, a Packet, or Dalene)—just taking them at the exact same time...
3. It might also be worth looking into those magnetic headbands; I think a company called Apollo makes them, maybe out of San Diego or somewhere similar...
Fortunately, according to some studies out there, chocolate doesn't actually seem to be linked to migraines...😁

It’s honestly one of the better comedies I've seen in a while, especially with a few standout bits—like those Jews in Hitler's car, the cow on the skateboard, the bus packed with Lucy, and Mr. Bean pretending to be The Italian...😁
The cast is pretty stellar too: John Cleese, Rowan Atkinson, Whoopi Goldberg, and a bunch of others..
