I’m probably just overthinking things here, but since I'm still pretty new to this whole fitness journey, a coworker actually shared a recipe for oat "nuggets" with me.

Ingredients: fat-free cottage cheese, ground oats + whatever else you want (like flaxseed), cumin, salt, pepper...

Mix the ingredients together until the ratio is right—you want it firm enough that it doesn't stick to your fingers, making it easy to shape into small patties or nuggets.
Once they're shaped, just pan-fry them in a little bit of oil.

They’re honestly delicious and really filling; one nugget about the size of your palm comes out to roughly 100 kcal per Serving.

What a pointless thread

I’ve been skimming through the thread. All I want to say is that the teacher probably just gave her a vague suggestion—like, "just take it now and your mom will pay you back later," or something along those lines—just so the kid doesn't feel awkward about taking the money.
