David from Sheffield absolutely crushed it—honestly, we knew exactly what we were signing up for, and that’s precisely what we got! 👍 If only Lilihip would sit down and write some actual lyrics for once. 🤣 And man, Brle is an absolute beast on the drums; this was my first time seeing him live, and I have to say, I am genuinely blown away by his talent.

Seven still isn't quite my style, even though they were easily the best they've sounded since I started following them. They just need to tighten up the setlist a bit and lean harder into those wild, virtuosic solos—that's where the magic is!
Well, at least Ena and Nina have their exhibition coming up; that’s definitely a positive step forward.
C & C were absolutely incredible; I just loved watching the rabbit’s intense expression whenever he was ripping through those bass lines. I didn't catch the opening set by the Mexican guys, mostly because I was already way too drunk by then. Honestly, I can't even recall much of what played during the listening session, but man, the whole vibe was top-tier.

If there happens to be any extra cash lying around, I’ll probably drop about 200 bucks on this... I caught a snippet of something from the new album on MTV the other day, and honestly, it sounded fantastic. I really need to sit down and listen to the whole thing from start to finish.

The lineup looks significantly stronger than last year, doesn't it? But I have to wonder—why would this be the final St. Patrick's Day celebration? Is there some kind of friction brewing between the city council and the local Republican party, or what's the deal?

Honestly, looking at the full lineup now, half of these bands just don't feel like they belong at a festival like Coachella. 😬 Where on earth is that little punk?

Honestly, over the last couple of years, about half the bands playing in Atlanta just haven't been my cup of tea. A few seasons back, it was nothing but those amateurish garage acts that felt totally fake—total posers, really. To be fair, though, we did have those gritty, heavy hitters from Miami who actually knew how to rock. 😁

I’m sitting this one out this year. Honestly, life is too short to force things that aren't clicking, so I figure it's time to pivot and see what other summer adventures are out there.
Turbonegro was absolutely spectacular—they completely blew the roof off the place with that live set. And the Discipline was spot on, just like Laura Long5 said. Everything else was honestly pretty underwhelming by comparison. The venue itself, though? Phenomenal.
I’ve already secured my tickets for both Turbonegro and the ride there—oh man, it is going to be absolutely wild!
Does anyone know if there are still tickets available? I’m dying to go see Turbonegro Peaches, but all my friends are complaining about having exams and can't make it. I was wondering if any of you folks from the forum are planning on heading out?😁
Honestly, I’ve gotta say, Friday feels much more promising than Saturday.😢

Thanks!

👍

Unfortunately, we'll have to skip The Fillmore this time, but we might swing by Spank if things work out, depending on how much of a headache it turns out to be.
Who designed this poster? Whether it was her or him, I have nothing but pure respect for the talent involved.🙏
Honestly, this looks like something you just have to experience firsthand.
Absolutely fantastic!🙏
Is there some kind of scandal breaking?
I suppose I’ll be joining you all eventually. It’s become a necessity at this point.😁

Wait, that wasn't intentional 😕

No, I just had a momentary lapse in judgment. It's definitely the side effect of studying non-stop for several days straight.👎
David Sullivan4 said:I know exactly what you look like—I was actually picturing one of those silverback gorillas. 🙂 Last night, my girlfriend actually suggested I buy a ticket ahead of time just so I could get into the club after signing in at the door. Honestly, my first—and only—thought was that there’s absolutely no way they’re letting me through those doors at one in the morning. I really don't want to be the guy insisting on getting in, only to end up getting kicked out by security. It seems like being trampled underfoot by bouncers has become the new norm lately. 🙏

Yeah, I see it now. I was just caught up in my own ego.😵

Why haven't you joined a gym lately, man? You should get in there, build up some serious strength, and then help clear a path for all the folks who feel like they've been pushed to the sidelines.👍
David Sullivan4 said:I’m certainly no prophet, but I have a feeling that if you show up at a bouncer's door looking like a silverback gorilla at 1:00 AM holding a pass for an after-party (especially one packed with NPR), the only thing he’s going to offer you is a string of profanities—or maybe just a heavy boot to the chest right outside the club.

Well, unfortunately for me, I don't exactly possess the physique of a gorilla.👍

That being said, I couldn't agree more with the rest of the sentiment.
There’s certainly some truth to that... but if I follow that logic, I might as well just go out and suffocate myself in some outdated, old-school punk gear for nothing.😁
