I've been watching more soccer lately, and I wonder if the hype from the upcoming World Cup will actually translate to long-term interest in the MLS. It feels like we have a massive opportunity to build a real fanbase if we play our cards right. Do you guys think the league can actually compete with the big European clubs after this?

What kind of cash could I realistically pull for a setup that's maybe 4 years old now:

80 GB WD HDD

and some relatively new case—bought it about 6 months ago, nothing's ever actually been inside it.

I’m running Windows 7 right now—can't quite remember the exact path since I haven't looked in ages—but if I recall correctly, it goes something like this:

Open File Explorer, then look at that sidebar on the left side of the window; there should be an icon that looks like a little sheet of paper with a checkbox, and clicking that should take you straight to system properties.

As for whether it's x86 or x64, honestly, it doesn't make much difference to me—though I did hear somewhere that printers can be a real headache on Windows XP x64 Edition...

Maybe it's just a compatibility headache—if you built the presentation on a machine running Microsoft Office 2007 but now you're trying to run it on a setup with Microsoft Office 2003, things tend to break.

So, I went over to a buddy's place to check those specs—measured it myself: the distance from hole to hole is 100 mm, but the fan is only 80 mm wide.

So, I’ve got a 100 mm diagonal clearance in this case, but looking at what's actually available in the shops, the closest thing anyone is offering is 92 mm...

I've got a question for you guys... I'm looking to do a little bit of light cosmetic work on my case, so I was wondering
are there actually such a thing as 100 mm diagonal fans for cases? Or am I just thinking of those 92 mm ones?

Can I actually run an Aero theme with an NVIDIA GeForce? Does it matter if the card is AGP?

It's a 2.53 GHz Celeron with 1.25 GB of RAM.

Does anyone actually know why my Aero theme won't kick in on this old rig? I've got an ATI Radeon HD 4650 AGP in there—though honestly, if my laptop can handle it, I figure this machine should be able to run Aero without much trouble too.

So, I was digging through some of my old posts just now—mostly out of boredom, really—and I noticed something weird. My history shows I have 197 posts, but if I remember correctly, I was sitting at somewhere around 220 or 230 just a few days ago. What actually happened there? Did the system glitch or something?

What should I go with: Windows XP x64, Vista x64, or 7 x64? I’m currently running 7 x86—though I managed to scrape together some hardware upgrades recently—so now I'm wondering what you guys would actually recommend.🙄
