Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·

Regarding the protein options—these are actually two distinct products... one is pure whey, while the other is a blended protein mix. If you are working with a tight budget, go with the whey. However, I cannot say for certain which one would suit your needs without knowing more—are you training regularly or what?...

In my opinion, whey is the superior choice—yet you insist it is junk. You have truly thrown me off my stride...

I am planning to start hitting the gym soon, and since I won't have the luxury of eating like a college student, I really need to rely on supplements like these to bridge the gap...🙂

Excuse me for the double post—my internet connection is being completely erratic...

If you are working with a tight budget, I would suggest sticking with the whey... however, without knowing your specific goals, I cannot say for certain which one would serve you better. In my opinion, whey is superior—so it's quite surprising to hear you claim it's trash. You have truly thrown me off my stride...

I am just starting out at the gym—it has been about a month now...

What are your thoughts on this product? I am currently weighing it against that one. I realize there isn't much to debate at first glance—truth be told, my budget is a bit tight right now—but the first option is certainly more cost-effective. Is the first one even remotely as good as the second?...

If everything looks fine under the Sound, video and Game controllers section, then you should verify that the speakers are plugged into the correct jack on the computer.
On certain PCs, I have noticed that if no speakers are detected, the computer will display a red "X" over the volume icon in the taskbar near the clock.

It might sound like I am just trolling, but everything appears to be functioning perfectly on my end—no issues at all. The High Definition Audio Device shows no warning signs whatsoever... and the speakers are definitely plugged in correctly. To make matters worse, I am actually installing Windows for a friend rather than myself, which makes me look completely incompetent...😁

I’ll give the update route a try—it claims everything is up to date (or whatever status it displays). It is possible the drivers actually installed; I can see the sound icon in the bottom right corner of the taskbar, but I cannot adjust the volume—there is just a prohibited sign next to it. Everything was functioning perfectly before the installation. I am honestly at a loss here...

I am currently installing Windows 7, but I have hit a wall regarding the sound card installation. To be more precise—since I don't actually know the specific model—I am unable to find the correct drivers. I attempted to use an Everest program to identify the hardware, but the data regarding the audio device remains unknown... So, I decided to try reinstalling the motherboard drivers instead, assuming that the sound might be integrated directly onto the board—perhaps that will work. Unfortunately, I lack the specific details for the motherboard as well. I tried exporting the data via dxdiag, but it yielded nothing useful. Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this? Additionally, I am running the 64-bit version of Windows... Is it possible that the sound card simply doesn't support 64-bit architecture? Thank you.
