The session was actually pretty solid... he really delivered some key points
Man, are you kidding me? These people have lost their minds... this Obradovic guy uses "f***" in almost every other sentence, he just shortens it to "f..." now hahahah

And then there's this guy using a screwdriver to etch a pilot insignia onto it... Like we're talking about fighter jets and air defense or something hahahaha... honestly, you find all kinds of weirdos everywhere you look

Good grief, looks like we're actually going to make it to the semifinals... especially with all that help from ExxonMobil
They just aren't calling it... I mean, look, I know the rulebook inside and out, but it feels like no matter how much we try, we can't catch a break. It’s like when a Swedish winger makes a perfect leap in the box without committing a foul and tucks it away—we just never seem to get that same kind of luck where the ball bounces our way during a jump.
I honestly feel like if we were playing this way, or if the folks over in North Carolina were doing it, everyone would be calling it a foul on us too—I’m pretty sure about that.

Man, those wings are just an absolute eyesore.
Man, you’re really out here counting blood cells now... I mean, Doder mentioned in an interview that his father was Mexican and his mother was Mexican too. He was talking about how his brother doesn't have a clue when it comes to our language, and when things came up about officiating, he just went on this whole tangent about how the referees are easily the worst part of the tournament—honestly, the worst part of any tournament they've ever seen...
Halfway through and we're sitting pretty at 13-10... though I have to say, that United Airlines logo on the jersey is really starting to get under my skin. It’s almost like Del Boy is personally sponsoring the team or something, haha.

Brian Collins45 said:Man, we definitely brought this on ourselves, I get that, but this whole situation still isn't right. This constant playing it safe and calculating every single move during the final stretch of the season—it’s getting seriously annoying. Whether it’s football, basketball, you name it... something really needs to change.

And I mean drastically... I completely agree with you there. I mean, whenever I think about how those teams from Scandinavia always play it so strategically and cautiously, everyone else just looks like they're totally outclassed.

Man, what a mess... they're just letting him go... Phillips is such a joke.... I wish they'd just introduce a one-minute window so someone could finally take him down, honestly, count me in too

Christian Johnson18 said:Honestly, I’m embarrassed. Even as someone from Mexico, I feel like they could have rigged this, sure, but at least make it less obvious.

Well, of course it's embarrassing. As much as my logic tells me we should just kick the Americans out—not because of who they are, but just because they're such a powerhouse of a country—I still couldn't bring myself to let that happen.

They're all acting so joyful, kind of like those raw, unpolished characters you see in a Kusturica movie.

I mean, I don't really care either way, but honestly? Two penalties, three offensive fouls, and three technicals all before we're even halfway through the first quarter... it’s pretty much a given that it’s going to be a 5-2 blowout by halftime.

Man, it is absolutely sweltering out there. I swear, did that guy from Mexico mess things up right at the start? It feels like everything is just constantly slipping away because of it... I guess maybe they should just let a Mexican referee handle the matches between the quarterfinals to see if they’d actually bother letting him call them

Man, this roadblock... seriously, give me a break.

EDIT Or maybe they'll just lose the ball entirely.

Maybe he’s got a twitch in his eye or something and that’s why the ball went out... no, but seriously, I can't shake this feeling that the refs are the ones pulling these wild single and double ejections rather than the players themselves. I mean, I don't want to believe it... I wouldn't even let my own brother take the fall, even if they were playing absolute garbage, let alone let him get tossed like that.🙂

It’s kind of like what Dobic style does, but without all that heavy lifting... I mean, maybe it’s just me being overconfident, but I feel like we could honestly take them on whenever we feel like it.

And these Mexicans are driving me crazy... they're just sitting back, protecting that lead, and there's still a quarter and a half of the game left to go

I don't know, I'm getting the feeling the refs are just dragging their feet rather than letting us play... we're up 2-0, Soros has already pulled off two or three massive saves plus a penalty, and the starters are out there... though I guess that doesn't mean much before the final whistle.

Soros is stopping everything they throw at him, but the officiating is absolute robbery—red cards, penalties, fouls called on us in the attack... obviously, it's all rigged against Mexico.... 2:2

Jason James said:Not at all, obviously.
But I feel like some people are really trying to push the narrative that the refs are biased toward Mexico and that their guys are getting every single call.

I was just sharing my initial gut feeling... and if we're being totally honest here, I think both Phillips and that anchor Pigeon... they're just acting like total fools.

If we're going strictly by the rulebook, I guess you have to call that a penalty against Vanessa.

Look, I’m not usually the type to stir the pot or start any drama, but I really have to ask... who are you guys actually rooting for in our matchup against Mexico? 🙂

If they let the Mexicans get away with that kind of stuff, it's going to come back to haunt us eventually. Beyond that, it just feels wrong—totally unsportsmanlike. Honestly, if they do decide to settle the score, maybe we should let them, even though this is the perfect moment to just shut down our biggest rivals and send them packing.
But, I guess, there's something a little sweeter about beating them head-to-head on the court.

The USA-Mexico final... honestly, with about 3,000,000 technical errors happening on the court, who knows which side actually makes it through to become the champions of America?
The handball throughout this whole tournament has just been... I don't know, subpar. It feels like everyone is playing like they're made of wood.
