Bivacyn spray shouldn't break the bank; you can just pick it up at any local CVS or Walgreens.

• How did you figure out you actually needed an endocrinologist specifically for your thyroid? (Was it because you were feeling symptoms, or just doing some proactive checking?)
• I'm curious about where people usually go—like, do you just see a general endocrinologist if you want to get a full picture of how your hormones and glands are actually functioning? Also, what kind of tests are standard (which specific hormones)? And does anyone know the best way to kick things off... like, starting with a primary care doctor at a clinic or something?
Thanks in advance.

but what’s actually hilarious is that my worst stretch is already behind me... so I was expecting some relief, not this.
Let's just say stress played a part, but it wasn't the smoking gun.
THEN WHAT IS?????
