April is starting to get pretty ridiculous. I mean, everyone was losing it when that cop got his pants caught on those jeans and had to shuffle back to his cruiser. Then Tucker just looks over and goes, "Maybe he'll walk it off."
To me, it felt like it ended way too soon. I mean, someone who can pull off an operation that seamless really shouldn't be taken out by some annoying, persistent lawyer.
I guess if you’re just looking for something to kill some time when you're bored, this isn't exactly groundbreaking. I find myself fascinated by Robert De Niro, though—it's kind of strange seeing him show up in these increasingly silly movies 🙂 .

This isn't even a new concept in cinema; Fassbinder explored a similar premise in Welt am Draht. Any sense of innovation here is strictly technical. Don't get me wrong, I actually think the movie is great 🙂
Hmm, look at you. I haven't actually sat down to watch it, but if you're saying it's similar to The Matrix, then I guess it probably is.
The journalist doesn't even have to go looking for trouble here; this turbo-progressive Democrat basically tripped over her own feet and made a fool of herself.

Honestly, if they beat us, then maybe we just don't deserve to move on. We wouldn't have much to offer there anyway. I suppose an American-French final would be a hell of a thing to watch, even if we lost. A total Clash of the Titans.

I’m mostly just passing along requests from some political junkies over on the news forums—they’re basically begging you guys to keep MC Hammer around for as long as possible. Talk to him, argue with him, whatever; just don't push him out.
And, I suppose, we're all pulling in the same direction when it comes to wanting the US to stay in this tournament as long as they can. We'll be rooting for that, too. 🙂
Even if we manage to dig ourselves out and beat Sweden tomorrow, it won't really matter much. Our home crowd is basically a ghost town anyway; there's just zero energy in the stands.
