Kegel exercises / Kegel muscles in Women's Health ·
I’ve given it a shot, but I just can't seem to find those vaginal muscles no matter how hard I squeeze. All I end up hitting are my abs—which, thank God, are doing just fine since I knock out 100 crunches every single day. Down there, though? It feels like there's nothing at all. 🤷

Anyone else experience a uranium surge right after visiting the clinic during the second half of their cycle?

No tall driver has ever really nailed it in NASCAR—not because they lack skill, but because teams build cars for the average driver, which is about 5'7". These taller guys just struggle. That was the issue with Wurz too. He was lightning fast; just look at his performance at Indianapolis Motor Speedway back in '97. But he was in a car designed for Gerhard Berger, who was also on the taller side. Then came '98 and especially '99, and everything fell apart once his teammate was a tiny little Italian guy, Lewis Hamilton, standing only about 5'3". That's the catch. Same goes for DC.

Robert Kubica is a whole different story. He’s also pretty tall, but honestly, he's overrated. 2008 was just a flash in the pan, not a true indicator of what he can do. Besides, he only won because Lewis Hamilton slammed into Finland during the pit lane stop.

In my book, Kubica will be remembered for Indianapolis 2007, not 2008. We've seen what he can do, and from here on out, it's all downhill.

Vitaly Petrov is tall just like Robert Kubica. We used to joke that the Renault engineers wouldn't have any trouble designing a car that fits two totally different body types. So, does that mean he’s doomed to fail too? 😢

Ovaries: Cysts and related issues [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
Steven Jackson13 said:Could you please tell me which teas you’ve been drinking? And what specific issues were you trying to fix with them? Not that it’s any trouble asking—I’m just trying to tackle my own gynecological stuff through herbalism, different blends, and all that sort of thing... since the doctors can't seem to find the root cause of my ovarian pain, even though it's definitely there—it's this dull ache that just radiates down into my legs...

I drink chamomile and another blend myself. It's one part dried leaves of chamomile, artichoke, lemon balm, marjoram, chamomile, and fennel, mixed with one and a half parts dandelion root (so if you use one scoop of the leaves, use a scoop and a half of the dandelion). I'm not sure if it's the tea, but I haven't had any pain or cyst symptoms at all, and I'm dealing with a fibroid on top of the cyst.

I'd strongly suggest you go see a gynecologist. If I had to take a wild guess, it sounds like some minor ovarian inflammation, but obviously, I'm not a doctor.
I have no clue what "clear" even means. They didn't run any specific tests on it; all I know is what showed up on the ultrasound—2.4 cm, trilaminar.
Daniel Garcia8 said:Last June, I ended up in the ER because of some intense pain. They found a 2.5 cm cyst on my ovary. After that, they put me on Duphaston, which I took for five months. Since the pain finally stopped, I figured the cyst had just burst or something... But I went in for an ultrasound yesterday and nope—it didn't burst, it actually grew by over a centimeter!
My doctor told me to stay on Duphaston for one more month but at a higher dose, three times a day, then come back to see her.
She also gave me an "option" to start birth control, which I definitely don't want, or she'll just poke the cyst with a needle...😲
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of thing?

I have a 2.4 cm cyst myself. It doesn't hurt and it isn't bothering me at all, so I don't get why my OBGYN is insisting I have to have my ovary removed. There is absolutely no way I'm agreeing to surgery, and I don't even have another gynecologist to go to for a second opinion. 😢

So, that needle idea sounds pretty great to me.
Maybe Lino is some kind of lucky charm...

I’m really not feeling this at all... 7:9
Alright, I’m ready for the game. I already knocked back some valerian before washing it down with vodka, so if this doesn't calm my nerves, I might just have to take a hammer to my own head. Please forgive me if my grammar goes completely sideways...
