Thank you—we gave him some kidney tea, a blend of ribwort plantain and other herbs based on the Breuss method.
Now he’s refusing to drink anything.
Yesterday's diagnosis absolutely crushed him mentally—he just stares at the wall and cries. We are all losing our minds with worry.
It’s been a while since I’ve posted, and unfortunately, I’m back with some bad news—it looks like the damn thing has spread to the left lung. The X-ray shows a 5cm shadow, even though there was nothing there just a month ago. Is that even possible? We’re waiting on the tumor markers in a week. On top of that, Dad’s knee joints are incredibly swollen, and his feet are so puffed up he can't even get his shoes on. I know someone mentioned something about this before, but I just can't find the thread. Please help—what can we give him to reduce the swelling? Maybe some kidney tea or a diuretic?

I went to my OB-GYN and, on a whim, asked for a swab test. It came back positive for Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum... I'm honestly so confused—does anyone know anything about this?
Help!

These two bacteria usually travel in pairs—and they can lead to infertility or even miscarriage. The real issue? They are virtually asymptomatic; they are so quiet that they basically "colonize" you before you even realize there's an issue. I fought them myself for quite a while—treatment is long, grueling, and incredibly stubborn. Often, they just hide—so don't waste time or money if you don't keep re-testing months after the results look clean. Also—this is vital—your partner *must* be treated too, followed by a semen analysis. In men, these things can hide in the prostate, which often makes their treatment process much longer.
Until you are absolutely certain everything is clear—stick to abstinence or condoms.
Once everything is officially okay—go for it!👍
Good luck!

Author Rudolf Breuss: "Healing Cancer and Leukemia, and Other Seemingly Incurable Diseases with Natural Means" or "Total Cancer Therapy." Pick up either of those two books—both describe the therapy in great detail. The book costs about $40, and you can find it in almost any bookstore. Also, check out www.lepina.blog.hr—this man actually applied the therapy and posted all his experiences online. If anything remains unclear, please feel free to send me a private message. Be brave.
I have been fighting this exact diagnosis for the last three or four years—it is an exhausting cycle. There are private practices that offer swabs, provided they have specific insurance contracts or are part of a larger microbiology clinic and such. If you happen to be in New York City, I can send you a private message with the name of a doctor who actually cured me. Mind you, the testing costs aren't exactly cheap (anywhere from $400 to $300)—but isn't that better than waiting for the government healthcare system to finally decide to help? Because, believe me, if you don't treat this, it is truly nasty.
As far as my experience goes, I didn't have pain at first; the issues only surfaced once things progressed significantly: burning, occasional intense itching, a strong-smelling discharge—a bit brownish—and vaginal dryness.
No, seriously—run to a gynecologist and please, do not panic! It is incredibly stubborn (I personally went through four full courses of treatment and spent a small fortune), but in the end, persistence pays off.
Regarding the expenses, make sure you save all your receipts; they come in quite handy when it comes time for your tax returns at the end of the year!!!
My dad has completely started boycotting anything remotely logical or health-conscious.
Even though his lab results—considering his actual diagnosis—are nothing short of phenomenal (his markers are dropping and are well within the healthy range)—he told my mom yesterday morning that he’s done with everything. He won't eat anything she cooks, he refuses all "supplementary" stuff (beetroot, teas, aloe vera), he's finished with the honey tonic, and he’s basically on a total fast. To top it off, he told her he’ll keep making our lives miserable until we finally just freeze him out—and once we do, he'll leave and we'll never see him again.
He’s been sticking strictly to this since yesterday.
For days now, he hasn't spoken to my mom or my brother—for reasons known only to him. He isn't answering calls, he isn't calling anyone, and whenever someone tries to visit, he "shuts them down" immediately by claiming he's too tired or has somewhere to be... effectively sending everyone home.
His reasoning? Apparently, there's no point in doing any of this if he doesn't see immediate results (???!!!).
PLEASE, EVERYONE, WHAT CAN WE DO? HOW DO WE GET HIM TO SNAP OUT OF THIS?!
Being kind isn't working, and being firm isn't working either. Please don't just tell me to take him to the doctor—his specialist essentially wrote him off the moment she saw him, offering absolutely zero hope for recovery (but I won't go into that, or I'll just end up in a massive rage).
Grace Fowler said:Hi! I'm finally back here after quite a while... everything has been confirmed through testing (CT, MRI, PET scans), and yes—it's back. After five years, I have a recurrence in my pelvis and lungs. Everything feels so foggy right now... honestly, I've already endured 15 rounds of chemo and 9 surgeries, but it has never spread this far before... So PLEASE, if anyone has any information or experiences regarding lung metastases from CA-tea...
THANK YOU all..

Grace,
perhaps it would be wise to look at the blog by our member Lepine—he actually overcame a recurrence and achieved full remission using the Brezov therapy. If you want the specifics, please feel free to reach out.

More bad news... not only am I still struggling to process the fact that my dad is gone, but now my paternal grandmother has passed away—it's just too much. How can one person handle this many losses in such a short span of time?
I know she was elderly—which makes this part of the natural cycle—but everything about this just hits far too close to home regarding my father...

I am so sorry, Brenda Richardson33—please accept my deepest condolences.
Finally, some actual good news... Dad's latest results are in:
The CYFRA 21-1 level is back within the population's reference range (0.787 ng/mL)—or, to put it in plain English: they dropped by another 0.002, which falls right into the category of normal cellular activity seen in healthy people. Such an incredible victory—especially considering that back on January 29th, the value was sitting above 11!! I am talking about tumor markers, of course. I just really hope Dad feels even a tiny bit more at peace now...
Everyone, please stay strong. There is always hope—never let it slip away!
Nicole Edwards76 said:I haven't been posting much because—just like you mentioned—all I have are bad updates. Mom hasn't woken up for days now. And since the tumor has hit her eye... well, you wouldn't believe what it looks like (if only it weren't about to fall out entirely). Even though the doctors pushed for it, we didn't want her staying in the hospital, so we've been managing her dexamethasone and IVs at home ourselves.
The radiation went okay, but after every cycle of Temodal, she ended up hospitalized due to bone marrow depression.
She didn't even finish the chemo—the tumor just went rogue after the 4th cycle—and this is where we are now: just a shell of the woman she was, wasting away and unresponsive.
Regarding Beta-glucan, we were giving it to her, but then a friend of mine—who is a pharmacist—told me it isn't a good idea to combine it with Medrol. Her reasoning was that if Medrol acts as an immunosuppressant (if that's the right term), and Beta-glucan is an immune stimulant, then using them together could be counterproductive. To make matters worse, it seemed like the tumor started spiraling right around the same time we began the Beta-glucan.

On my end, I actually had two different pharmacists tell me the exact opposite—completely independent of one another (and one of them is a seasoned professional with years of experience)—who said there is no connection at all.
Though, I suppose I have seen someone mention exactly what you said on a forum somewhere else...

😕 😕

Who can truly say?
Is there perhaps a doctor or a pharmacist lurking on these boards who might help us solve this enigma?🙏
wearymaker52 said:Hey, I really admire you for starting this thread!

My father had colon surgery about two and a half years ago—they actually had to remove his entire colon.
Everything seems fine now, and he eats like he’s never missed a meal—🙂 which is obviously a great sign—but do you know what's actually eating away at me?
I can't stop wondering... how much longer does he have? What if things suddenly take a turn for the worse? What if he just collapses or passes away within a month or two?
I don't even understand myself—but after witnessing all those horrors (the radiation, the chemo, the hair loss, the weight drop, the mental toll)—after everything he endured, I am just terrified that things won't stay on this upward trajectory.
He's doing well right now—actually, he's doing great—but that fear...

Does anyone here know someone who dealt with colon cancer where the entire colon had to be removed?

thanx

A friend's dad went through colon surgery—everything was removed, he uses an ostomy bag, finished his chemo, and has been living and working perfectly normally for six years now. He just goes in for checkups twice a year, and that's it. It was incredibly tough for them at first, but in my opinion, the most critical factor is socialization. Especially in cases like this, where people tend to isolate themselves because of an "attachment" they can't control the way they used to.
Here I am again...
I just don't understand what has taken hold of people lately... is it time? Is it the pressure?
My dad has refused chemotherapy once more—and he won't even listen to talk about alternatives (specifically the Breussov therapy). It’s as if he has suddenly just given up on everything.
He had his checkup last week; his lungs and heart look fine, though we are still waiting on the blood work and markers to see where we stand...
Physically, he has fully recovered—he actually gained weight beyond his old baseline, which is good since he was always skin and bones.
But mentally? He is in a total coma. For this past week, he hasn't spoken to anyone, won't go anywhere, just lies there staring at the wall—occasionally snapping at Mom, my sister, or me... he doesn't want to pick up the phone when we call, and he refuses to talk about absolutely anything.
He gets agitated over the smallest things—like, he’ll just blow up if a plate is left on the table after lunch and nobody clears it immediately.
All he does is repeat that he won't be a burden for much longer, and that we should just go on living our lives...
I am so relieved someone finally had the courage to speak up about this—I honestly thought my dad was the only one going through it.
In those last few months leading up to his diagnosis, he started withdrawing from everyone; he just slept constantly and seemed perpetually exhausted. Everything set him off—from casual small talk to even the most constructive discussions. We just chalked it all up to his PTSD diagnosis, so we tried our best to give him space and not make a fuss.
Then came the traumatic diagnosis, followed by surgery. And after the surgery—yet another diagnosis (brain metastases). Then radiation therapy.
At first, we assumed these shifts were just his mental state worsening combined with side effects from the radiation—especially since he’s always been such a gentle soul. But during his hospital stay after surgery and throughout the radiation treatments, things started taking a bizarre turn—more and more frequent, until it became a daily occurrence: he would lose his temper over the smallest things. Sometimes his outbursts were so terrifying that his entire face would contort. He lashes out at Mom, my sister, me, Grandma... he doesn't care who the target is. Afterward, he’ll break down in tears and apologize, saying he doesn't know why he acts this way and that he hates himself for it...
Even now, he still snaps frequently—though he apologizes less often. He’s constantly "training" Mom, trying to manipulate all of us; his entire personality has shifted completely.
My father—my best friend—is simply not the man I used to know. He has become a complete stranger.
There are days when I visit him and he just stares at the TV, not even acknowledging me when I say hello or even glancing my way. It breaks my heart—it truly kills me—even though I know deep down I can't hold it against him...
None of us know what we can or cannot say in his presence anymore... how will he react to a harmless comment about the weather or just everyday news? ...
If lunch isn't served at the exact second he wants it, it's nothing short of a catastrophe.
When a window is open and he decides he doesn't like it, we all scramble like our lives depend on it to shut it—just to prevent an outburst, because we know the chaos that follows...
The situation is harrowing. There isn't even a glimmer of normalcy left in our lives. We are all constantly on edge, like a coiled spring.
It is destroying me.

Linda Campbell said:But that is exactly what I am writing about, dear—over the last month alone, I have seen ten different prices for Beta-glucan posted on this forum. A total ripoff!

I actually found some in Chicago today and picked up a 60-count bottle of 500mg for $219 (so I saved $33 compared to last month...). It seems the price difference isn't even between cities—it's between individual pharmacies. Eureka!!!😠 )
Amy Hayes28 said:Who actually manufactures this Beta-glucan everyone is discussing?
I've come across so many different brands—identical ingredients—but the price gaps are just staggering!

http://www.zdravljeizivot.com/hr/in...ta-13_d_glucan

It's produced by Transfer Point USA
A glimmer of hope has finally appeared for my dad...🙂
The marker results just came in—they plummeted from 911 down to 0, or something along those lines...
How much weight can we really put on these markers?
Katherine,
maybe try some beet juice—about half a cup daily, thirty minutes before meals and also first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? We usually pick up Biotta Breuss at CVS; it’s guaranteed organic (though I realize you might not have the luxury of time to hunt down organic beets and juice them yourself—even if that would be the most effective way). It is recommended to hold each sip in your mouth as long as possible to mix it thoroughly with saliva—since that helps it enter the bloodstream directly.
I’d also suggest the Beta-glucan being discussed here lately; my dad barely had any side effects during radiation (no burns, no vomiting, nothing like that). It isn't a guarantee, obviously, but I’ve seen it help in many of our situations. Then again, everything depends on the individual, doesn't it?

By the way, just repeating this—if anyone knows where to find it here in the US (anywhere outside of Indianapolis) for less than $253 (500mg, 60caps.), please let me know.
In case anyone was wondering, it's unavailable in Canada—at least that's what they told me in Brežice.

Ivanica,
stay brave and stay strong. I honestly don't know what else to say. You will be in my prayers, along with my own mother.😘
Linda Campbell said:In Požega—where I actually live.

I can't believe it!😲 Just how much is a person expected to stay in the dark about... You can't find it anywhere in Chicago—or maybe I just haven't looked hard enough... if anyone actually knows where to look, please let me know. Sure, I get there's a difference $6.75, you have to factor in taxes, local surcharges, private pharmacies, and profit margins... but $67?!?!
It’s not even just that the doctors seem completely clueless—it's that big pharma has decided to build their fortunes right on top of the suffering of the poor...😠
For coppergardener:
I forgot to mention—I was actually told that tumors in general have a massive craving for red meat, white sugar, flour, and basically anything processed, canned, or full of preservatives—so avoiding those is highly recommended.
We’ve cut out almost all meat except for some veal in soups, along with chicken and turkey breast. Now, his mom mostly cooks steamed vegetables with olive oil and garlic, hearty vegetable soups, stews without any heavy thickeners, and as far as treats go, he absolutely lives for apple pie made with just a tiny bit of brown sugar, etc...
