I feel like some venues are just built differently, where the energy of the crowd actually feels like a physical weight on the visiting team. It’s more than just loud noise; it's that specific kind of intimidation. Do you think a home-field advantage is mostly psychological, or does it actually impact the game?
Congrats to the guys!
And to Antun R., if he's actually checking this forum, nice job, experts.
I guess she might have been on some testosterone
Gerald Smith76, do you happen to know any dentists in Chicago where I could get that made?
thanks
My apologies for my previous post; I just found the way you're supposedly defending Metallica a bit ridiculous. =) It’s almost as if someone were threatening your family or something. Besides, it seems somewhat absurd to judge an album's or a band's quality based on twelve different guitar pedals and the specific gear used during recording.
Saka in the nose? haha

@Scott Anderson4: hahahahahaha...
My apologies, but I just have to... hahaha...

And this Percy guy—it’s giving me major Green Mile vibes
I have to admit, I laughed at first when I saw the street fighting training, but then I remembered
http://www.streetfightingcroatia.com/It’s not exactly "street fighting" in the literal sense, but I suppose it gets the point across. Heh.
And no, I don't really have any experience with this sort of thing...
Hi there.
I’m not sure what specific foods are best, but I'd suggest avoiding anything too spicy or carbonated. Even orange juice might cause issues if you're dealing with an ulcer...
Sorry, but I have a somewhat similar question.🙂
My stomach is usually fine, except when I have even a tiny bit of alcohol. I mean really small amounts, like maybe a single glass of wine.
It starts hurting quite badly and makes me nauseous almost immediately. It wasn't like this until about a year ago.
Could someone give me a reasoned explanation as to why this is dangerous—assuming it actually is? Or, conversely, why it isn't? I suppose I should mention I'm a complete layman when it comes to medicine, but I'm genuinely curious.

Whatever.
I don't actually mean I'd do it, obviously. I was just wondering if it's possible...
Then what about people who shoot up heroin and stuff? I guess they should all drop dead in the next five minutes then.

I mean, I would, but I’m not exactly great at needles, so I guess I’m afraid I might pass out.🙂
Maybe I should find myself a young nurse, haha.

Yeah, I don't think that would work out very well, I guess.
Hi there.
A bit of a silly question, I guess, but is it actually possible to mix pure ethanol with something like saline solution and inject it intravenously?
I might be wrong here, but wouldn't the end result basically be the same as just drinking alcohol? Aside from how the ethanol enters the bloodstream, of course.
How dangerous is this, assuming it’s even doable without causing a massive 🙂 mess
?
