I tried taking some Linux after getting the suggestion, and things were fine for maybe two days, but then everything just went right back to how it was before.
Trust me, you might think you aren't feeling anxious before a trip, but your body definitely knows... since you rarely drink coffee, it’s no wonder your gut reacts instantly. My sister actually quit caffeine entirely, and then a few months later she had one tiny sip and ended up sprinting straight to the bathroom.😍 Plus, chewing gum can have a laxative effect, especially if you're chewing it for a long time. Also, I get the same thing during high-stress periods, so instead of chamomile tea—which helps the stomach but also tends to "open things up," you know what I mean?—I just go for dark chocolate. I only eat the bitter stuff because most other brands are way too sweet, and if the dark stuff doesn't do the trick, the sugary ones definitely will. Anyway, sorry for the long rant, hope this helps.😉
