Hip reduction surgery: Has anyone done it? in Health ·
Carl Cox3, we’re essentially in the same boat here, though I suppose I’ve got a bit more height on my side than you do, but it's a shared struggle regardless.🙂
Right now, I’m dealing with jeans that are absolutely massive around the waist yet somehow an absolute nightmare to pull over my legs and hips—and yes, there's quite a bit of curves to contend with.🤣
Every single person I’ve vented to about this just tells me I’m being irrational and that having wide hips is actually a blessing, which I get, I really do, but finding a pair of denim pants that actually fit is becoming a total mission impossible.

And how would you know? You live in the same part of the country as I do, right?😁

See, that's the thing. I actually went down to Target, returned it, and they gave me a different one to try out since, frankly, I wasn't feeling it at all.😉

And you think you look all cool just because you managed to type out two whole words? If you actually believe you're somehow superior or smarter than the rest of us, why don't you be a dear and explain it to us simpletons? Show us how it's done.🙄

Henry Doyle4, what about a return? I was told if I’m not satisfied, I can just take it back to the store.🤷

I went with the vanilla flavor and it’s actually fantastic.

I've been sticking with this one

It always comes with a measuring cup included, so there's absolutely no guesswork involved.
Signs... a final farewell... in Spirituality ·
Just a few days after my father passed away, I found out I was pregnant. No one else knew yet. I have this recurring dream where I’m in a hospital bed, mid-labor, and suddenly my dad walks right up to my bedside. He just starts smiling at me. I can still see that smile perfectly—it’s been seven years, but it hasn't faded. The whole room seemed to glow because of how bright his white teeth were. I remember asking him, "How are you even here? How do you know what's happening?" since nobody else knew about the pregnancy. He didn't say a word; he just kept smiling, that stubborn, joyful grin that told me everything he needed to say without opening his mouth. After that, I don't think I ever dreamed of him again, but that specific moment stays with me. It's etched in my mind.😢😢

Tyler Booth3, personally, I find this to be an absolutely stellar addition to my routine. My dentist, however, remains somewhat unimpressed by the whole concept. When I broached the subject with him, he explicitly advised against it—oddly enough, a colleague of his over at a clinic in Chicago actually stocks them right on the counter. For me, it’s fantastic. It is simply a bit of a learning curve initially; you have to get used to the sensation. Water tends to spray everywhere, and food particles can end up scattered all over the place. In those early stages, I find it most efficient to use it while standing under the shower head.😬

I assume this is what you were referring to?

Waking up with swollen face/eyes? in Health ·
😕I find myself grappling with similar swelling issues, though mine always manifests in my face. It’s quite a spectacle; perhaps once a week I’ll wake up looking as if I’ve spent the entire night being pummeled by a swarm of angry hornets in downtown Chicago.🙄

Occasionally, the swelling migrates to my hands and feet as well.
