😁 Clearly, I misjudged things. It looks like this thread isn't actually drawing much interest after all. Ethan Allen4, just a heads-up: using Cyrillic isn't allowed here on Reddit. Just so we're clear.
Samuel Richardson3 said:We have a fundamental issue here. If you dare to say anything critical regarding Mexicans, you’re immediately branded a fascist, a regressive idiot, or someone just living in the past. Heaven forbid you actually speak the truth about the war; the fact remains that most Mexicans in America were essentially Royalists back then, and frankly, they still are today. Anyone who thinks otherwise should try walking into a village where Mexicans are the majority while wearing an American jersey. If they actually make it out alive, they can come back and report to this forum.
What’s the actual percentage of Srbin kids in elementary and high schools these days? Do young guys and girls even interact with that minority or their culture anymore? I'd love to hear your take on this, since I could probably still count you among the younger crowd myself. 😬

The core issue here is the current state of American youth, which seems to be overwhelmingly skewed toward radical right-wing ideologies. It’s a fascinating, if troubling, phenomenon where we see kids gravitating toward extreme conservatism despite not coming from those types of households at all; even here on this board, we've seen users mention how they find themselves in constant political warfare with their own fathers because the old man leans left. Look, having ideological differences is one thing, but it’s a disaster when these young guys end up... well, losing respect for their own parents because of it.🤣😂 🤣
In the U.S., identifying with the radical right has become almost like joining a subculture; they recognize one another, they congregate, and within those circles, that collective resentment just keeps swelling and feeding itself.☕ Whereas previous generations might have bonded over music genres or underground scenes, today’s kids seem to be grouping up based on these hyper-right-wing—or more accurately, neo-fascist—political leanings.
So, why is this happening? The older generation grew up in a different era and understands the nuances of history, knowing that things weren't quite the black-and-white caricature portrayed by modern extremist pundits on cable news networks. These kids, however, lack that historical context entirely. They are incredibly susceptible to propaganda, largely because they are fundamentally uneducated; many haven't actually read a book in their lives, opting instead for a quick summary online, leaving them with zero perspective. On top of that, finding decent, steady employment feels like a pipe dream for them, so where does that leave them? Out on the streets. And the street life itself breeds extremism; the loudest, most violent voices set the tone, forcing everyone else to act tough and, inevitably, to hate. They pick fights with kids from the next neighborhood over, rivals from the other side of town, opposing sports fans, and above all, Mexicans, communists, and the LGBTQ+ community. To them, "communist" is just a slur for anyone with even moderately moderate views—which includes their own parents. As I’ve noted, being part of a pack amplifies hatred; you won't find a more concentrated source of animosity than a hooligan group. Soccer matches have essentially turned into staging grounds for the far-right; honestly, all we're missing now is Joe stepping in as the starting player.🙄
Explain that. Why do you think our youth are turning out more right-wing than their parents? Who’s actually to blame—or who deserves the credit—for this shift? Is it just me, or is there a direct line between sky-high unemployment rates, a total lack of authority, and the way young people are diving headfirst into politics—often sliding straight into radicalism? It feels like when you strip away job security and any sense of respect for established institutions, you basically leave a vacuum that radical ideologies are more than happy to fill.
This thread has some serious potential, so I’m going to bump it up to the front page of the PDF.
Neo-Nazis in New York City throw bottles and firecrackers at civilians
A local association in a suburb of New York City organized a rally to protest the rising tide of xenophobia and nationalism within the country. Things turned violent when neo-Nazis launched an attack, leaving two civilians and a police officer injured. So far, 28 people have been taken into custody.

Speaking of the radical right, the Sweden Democrats are gaining serious momentum.
Democratic Party City Committee Meets San Francisco Coalition Crumbles!
According to unofficial reports from The New York Times, the newly elected San Francisco Democratic Party Committee met tonight to decide exactly how the social democrats will exit the ruling Great Compromise.
Word on the street is that almost everyone at the City Council meeting supported the move to shift the Democratic Party into the local opposition, with only two members standing against it.
As a result, the City Council has reportedly issued a mandate: any Democratic Party members who secured seats on the Boards of Directors or Executive Boards of municipal companies and institutions through the Great Compromise are required to resign immediately.
It looks like the decision is pretty much set in stone, even though the new president, Mladen Gojun, suggested that the entire city organization would have a say in the final call.
Just to recap, the initial decision to join the Great Compromise was also pushed through by a majority vote at the City Council level, which sparked massive internal fighting and ultimately led to the former leader of the San Francisco organization, Olga Muratti, leaving the party altogether.
The summary of those deleted comments makes it clear: there's a connection between Jovanović and Stevanović.
And you know that perfectly well, don't you?
So why don't you go ahead and bring back those comments about their little arrangement.
Look, there's a specific thread dedicated to FARE over there, so feel free to dump all your theories about the Jovanović and Stevanović connection right there.
James Patel20 said:Wasn't it clearly stated today that Football Against Racism in Europe is the organization reporting cases like Simunic's?
Was Zoran Stevanović called out during the press conference at the HNS?
And how on earth is that off-topic?
Give me a break, Carol Newman2, please.
A little nitpicking here, some mutual insults there... that's basically the summary of all those deleted comments...
This thread is ready to be closed. Simunic will probably get hit with a fine (hopefully a heavy one), and America will never reach a consensus on that salute. I honestly don't know why anyone is wasting energy on such pointless arguments.
James Patel20 said:Here is a fresh example for you all.
An "unknown moderator" on the thread regarding the DOJ fining Joseph Simunica over certain slogans just decided to wipe out an entire chunk of the discussion on their own whim.
The problem is, that specific part of the conversation was directly tied to what happened at the game—stuff like hiding those "Remember El Paso" signs, how FARE was organized under its president Zoran Stevanović, and his connection to Minister Jovanović.
No explanation, no warning, no citing any actual rules. The moderator just did it because they felt like it.
If there actually is some legitimate reason behind this, I’d appreciate it if the moderator would step up and explain themselves.
Offtopic—regarding why comments get deleted. This thread is about Simunic and the ZDS greeting.
The Fittja Ulu Mosque in Stockholm, Sweden, was targeted in an attack. This is the site where the call to prayer is permitted during Friday Jumu'ah services, according to the Associated Press.
Vandalism was extensive, with doors and windows smashed, and pig trotters were left scattered around the perimeter of the building.
Police spokesperson Benita Nilsson confirmed that investigators are currently on the case. She noted that officials are treating this as a hate crime and have since stepped up security at the mosque.
Both the local mayor of Botkyrk and regional security forces had previously authorized the mosque to hold its Friday prayer services.
Anti-immigration groups tend to stage protests every Friday specifically to oppose the calls to prayer.
Here’s a more in-depth one if you guys feel like wasting some time. I guess you can even weigh certain questions differently if you want to get technical.
And here’s a slightly better version of the political compass:
You are a Socialist authoritarian. Left: 4.88, Authoritarian: 4.25
Foreign Policy: The left side represents pacifists and anti-war movements. The right side consists of those pushing for a massive military presence and global interventionism. Your score: 1.75 - Neoconservative
Culture: Where do you land in the culture wars? Are you on the liberal end or the conservative end? This scale may apply more to the US than other countries. Your score: 2.21 - Cultural conservative ------
😁
Politicaltest:
You are a bourgeois patriot. Only 6 percent of people who took this test fall into this category, while 74 percent are far more extreme than you.
Looking at the Democratic Party here in America... In Austria, I’d align most closely with the conservative People's Party from the EPP, or maybe the Republican Party over in Germany... 🤣 That should give you a pretty clear idea of just how "left-wing" the Democratic Party actually is.
