Zachary Hill7 said:Hey there,

Can someone please give me some actual, sensible advice? I need to find a way to borrow about $1,600. I’m currently out of work, which has left me in a massive hole—I’ve got rent and utility bills piling up, and honestly, I'm struggling just to keep food on the table at this point... I won't even get into the rest of it. Just to be clear, social services aren't an option right now, and the banks won't touch me because of my credit score and the overdrafts. Even those predatory microfinance outfits and those shady guys like Fredrick Peterson are out of the question because they're nothing but thieves. That leaves me looking at loan sharks, but I have no idea who to turn to or where to even find them, even though it feels like my only real way out. I don't have any friends or family to lean on, and nobody I know is in a position to help. Please, if anyone can help, let me know! Thanks!🙏

I am also interested in finding someone for a private loan—specifically someone who isn't a thief or a scammer. I have heard accounts of individuals who lend significant sums at reasonable interest rates provided there is a guarantee of repayment. If anyone possesses a legitimate contact or a solid recommendation, please reach me via PM.

To be blunt, I need some cash. Because of a massive mortgage payment in CHF, my credit score is shot and banks won't touch me. I spotted an ad offering loans up to $16667 based on a notary agreement—no employer verification, no payroll deductions, none of that nonsense. I want to know if anyone here has actually used a service like this and what the reality is. Or, if you have a solid recommendation, just slide into my DMs...

It's perfectly clear to me that I need to exercise extreme caution, which is precisely why I am asking. I wanted to see if anyone here actually possesses concrete, firsthand experience regarding this...

Does anyone here have actual experience dealing with people offering loans based on an employment contract through a notary public? Is this a legitimate way to secure funding, or am I looking at a total scam?
