Before (left) and after training. Roughly 2 years of bodyweight exercises—pull-ups, push-ups, and various other variations... not exactly a consistent routine, though...
Don't go splitting or chewing film-coated tablets. That coating exists for a reason. With certain medications, it protects the pill from stomach acid so the active ingredients only release once they hit the small intestine. These drugs aren't designed to be absorbed in the stomach... When taking them with water, put the tablet in your mouth first, fill your mouth with water, and use your tongue to swirl the pill around in the liquid before swallowing. It ensures everything goes down properly every single time.
No. My plan is to scrape together a few tens of thousands in cash first, keeping my monthly payments somewhere between $1,400 and maybe $533. That’s how I’ve always handled it. I saved up $30,000 for my first car and financed the rest, then did $20,000 for the second one. Right now, I’m paying off a $0.40 over a five-year term. Taking out a loan for the full sticker price is always my absolute last resort.
If I could jump in here with a quick question... I just had an eye exam and they gave me a prescription of L -0.75, R -0.50, and some cylinder value around -1—not that I can remember it off the top of my head. Can someone give me a brief rundown on what cylinders actually are?
I stopped taking it because my anxiety started hitting hard. It definitely triggered something, just not in a good way. I found myself pulling away from my family, my tendencies toward addictive behaviors spiked, and... It taught me a lesson: don't touch any of this crap without talking to a doctor first. I've been planning to head out for about a month now—just stalling because things aren't exactly terrible, but I'm starting to feel a bit messed up again...
Is anyone here taking Advil PM? Let me know what you think... The main thing I've noticed is that I feel less exhausted and don't need as many hours of sleep.
Let’s be clear, I was never a heavy smoker. I actually quit during a bad bout of the flu because everything just felt revolting, including cigarettes. Since then, I’ve made sure to physically distance myself from the habit—NO buying a new pack, NO heading out to the smoking area on breaks, and so on. Cravings are inevitable... Sometimes I think it would be nice to light up right now—when you smoke, you get a few minutes to yourself, a chance to reset and decompress... But all in all, it’s a nasty habit. PERIOD.
