Opinions are always shifting, right? They aren't set in stone, so they can't exactly be eternal or absolute truths. Everything is constantly in flux, just moving through this endless cycle of change.
That’s why you really gotta steer clear of those people who act like they have all the answers—you know the type, the ones clutching their opinions and beliefs like they're some kind of sacred, infallible gospel.
The less you overthink things, the clearer your mind gets.😉
Here’s today’s little nugget of wisdom for my brothers and sisters over at Sadh: if you ask too many questions, you're just gonna end up making a mess of things.
Let’s keep diving into this whole idea of reasoning versus pure primitivism.

I mean, how do you even begin to explain logic to someone who's stuck in a narrow-minded, literalist mindset? There’s that old American saying: "you can't reason with a fool." And honestly? It's true. Some people just lock their minds shut. They draw a line in the sand and say, "this is it," and that's that. No room for debate. No room for nuance. They cling to their one specific perspective like their life depends on it, no matter what. It’s just pure ignorance and primal instinct taking the wheel.

People operating at that really low level of spiritual growth... they usually lean hard on primitivism. They're rigid, they take everything literally, and all they do is bicker, fight, and scrap. They rely way too much on raw intellect while completely missing the point of actual wisdom. Plus, they seem to actually enjoy any kind of negativity or aggression they can find.

It’s always about "me, me, me," right? They only care about their own interests. By acting on those primitive impulses, they end up messing with the well-being and the spiritual progress of everyone else around them.

But hey, birds of a feather flock together. People who are further along on their spiritual path? They can read others easily. They spot that primitivism from a mile away. As you move up that ladder of consciousness, you start feeling this deep sense of compassion and love for every conscious being out there—maybe even for things that aren't even alive. Those folks live by non-violence and empathy, making conscious choices through reasoned thought and a sense of universal logic.
Today's lesson is all about this: the total lack of reasoning in modern society.

Most people just don't want to reason. They aren't interested in actual logic or having a chill conversation without all that primitive back-and-forth and petty sniping.

Just take a look at the people around you. What do you actually see? Constant bickering, fighting, stress, tension, and anxiety. People can't seem to reason or talk things out calmly without being hijacked by massive emotional outbursts. I mean, what can you even expect from folks who spend their days being violent and creating misery for everyone else—including themselves?

It’s because most people aren't even aware they're acting on pure instinct. They don't know any better, while the few who *do* realize it end up caught in this web that's incredibly hard to break free from. That's why people lash out at anyone who manages to escape the net and realizes the whole thing is a sham. Violence is baked into every single pore of our society. We're even selling tanks and guns to kids, feeding them video games filled with nothing but slaughter and bloodshed, and then we turn on the TV to find shows, series, and movies packed with nothing but primitivism, violence, and emptiness.
The arming of the world never stops, neither does the pollution, the control, or the brainwashing... Everyone is just playing their part, totally lost in the role they've been assigned. Honestly, us adults are just kids playing much more dangerous games.
So, where does that leave us? The simple truth is that it’s rare to find anyone you can actually reason with without it turning into a shouting match or a fight. It’s even harder online, or with those people yelling insults from their cars. You have to realize that the primitives get emboldened by it. People are starting to look like scavengers, just circling each other and tearing each other apart.
When will we finally get it? When will we realize we're all one, and that whatever you do to someone else, you're automatically doing to yourself?

The great Sandra Palmer10 actually uses reason. Those primitive little arguments are foreign to her. How many times does she have to repeat this on this forum?

Maestro Sandra Palmer10 is just meeting those crude little jabs with total silence.
Look, when a snake hisses at you, you don't hiss back, right? So why on earth would I bother responding to you any differently?

rustymaker5 said:To start off, tell me how to actually become patient and learn how to just be an observer. I mean, if you've actually mastered this in real life, because theoretically, I get the concept.

Honestly? People are already patient if they truly want to be. It’s not something you "become." Most people aren't patient because they're caught in this massive web of attachments, and then they spend all their energy struggling to break free. You have to first realize just how tied up you really are—that's where the suffering comes from.

Think about someone who voluntarily puts on shackles and walks straight into slavery. We all do that, really. Most folks don't even realize it because they've been stuck in the web for ages. So, the realization has to come first. Once you see it, there's this logical, meditative process where you finally grasp what the true state of things is, and you start trying to sever those ties—or at least loosen the grip—so you can take the reins back.

That's it for now. Take a look at this little info piece I wrote with some different tips and thoughts.
As for the whole "observer" thing, it's pretty much the same deal: you gotta practice expanding and waking up your awareness through conscious action. Regarding consciousness itself—the whole liberation-awakening-expansion bit—I went into quite a bit of detail in that link above. There are plenty of ways and methods out there, but most people just don't want to put in the heavy lifting... If you aren't willing to put anything in, you aren't going to get anything out.
How to get over an awkward moment? in Spirituality ·
Betty Patel17 said:Like, say you get into a petty argument with a coworker at the office, or some random guy almost wipes you out on the subway and then has the nerve to yell at you for it. You know deep down you didn't do anything wrong—maybe you even handled it perfectly by just staying quiet—but that stress? It just sits there in your chest.

Do you guys use any specific tricks to shake off those little daily stressors or awkward moments?

Does getting bitten by a mosquito stress you out?
Jack Harris3 said:So because you're all focused on your own inner journey, you decided to come to this forum to lecture OTHERS and point out (in your opinion) THEIR flaws... blah blah blah...? 🤣
How can anyone take you seriously when your actions don't match your words? 😁
Some wannabe Jesus showing up to save the world, only to have everyone laugh at him... honestly, it's tragic. 😁

SOMEONE WHO HAS TRULY FOUND THEMSELVES CAN ENGAGE WITH "OTHERS" BECAUSE THEY SEE THE SAME TRUTH IN EVERYTHING.

Every living thing hits a crossroads when they reach a peak in their spiritual growth or mystical awakening. On one hand, you realize nobody’s gonna get you—because you can't teach a blind man how to see, right? But on the other hand, compassion nudges you to try and share what you've found anyway.

If true happiness is found "within," then why is it that "you" and so many "other" meat-eaters still kill animals just to satisfy a craving?

Look, folks, it doesn't feel like I'm just reinventing the wheel here, because there's a massive gap between "knowing" something and actually living it. Most people couldn't fly a Boeing 747 even if they knew exactly how to do it. It's about realization—that's what's missing. That's what you guys, my dear students of the Maestro Sandra Palmer10's temple of compassion, love, and non-violence—which, by the way, I'm officially naming SADHU via unanimous vote starting today—really need to work on.
Dana Brooks3 said:But everyone is constantly obsessing over one another. You aren't exempt, I'm not exempt, nobody is. We have to engage just enough to actually understand what someone is trying to say. From there, it’s a tiny leap to "obsessing" over them. We mess that up way too often.

There's a difference between analyzing someone's personality or psychoanalyzing them—which doesn't bother me personally, it just makes the conversation useless—and the other thing, which is sticking to your own guns and comparing your view to "others," like the majority, society, the public, some group, whatever...

That’s just how people work. It's like how everyone acts so tough behind the wheel of their truck, swearing and flipping people off, but once they step out of the car, they can't even whisper a word.

Example: Obviously, dealing directly with others while neglecting yourself is just the reality for most people.

So, I haven't actually been targeting anyone specifically, especially not by digging into their persona or anything. That's just an observation, not "dealing with others" in the traditional sense.

To focus strictly and exclusively on myself? I don't know... I’d probably have to head out to some mountain range, somewhere totally off the grid, and just meditate on a rock.

Honestly, with how much this world has messed me up, I’d probably end up naming the pebbles and tripping out, thinking they were people, talking to them and arguing with them... who knows.😬

Wherever you go, there you are!
I can't escape myself.
I don't need some mountain retreat or anything else to realize that everything is already inside me, and that I can be happy and full of joy whenever I decide to be.
The whole point is that I can be happy right this second if I just want to. That realization is huge, such a sense of freedom. But hey, I'll get into the weeds on that later.
Dana Brooks3 said:So, what makes you think your topic would actually be spared from all that constant bickering? Honestly, why would it be any different?

Even if some people out there would rather crawl back into the dark, the sun is still gonna shine regardless, you know? It doesn't care who it bothers.
I don't really expect most people to wrap their heads around the high-level mysticism and spiritual stuff I'm out here sharing so freely. But honestly? It’s not like I can force it even if I wanted to. You can't teach a blind man how to see until he finally opens his own eyes and sees it for himself, right?
So, from here on out, I’m just done. I’m not even going to bother responding to any more of that primitive nonsense. Honestly, I’ll probably barely react to those "intellectual" little jabs, either. Why bother? Because Sandra Palmer10 has completely outclassed them all. She’s moved way beyond using pure intellect anyway—that whole thing is such a limited tool when you're actually trying to focus on spiritual growth, don't you think?

Honestly, from where I’m sitting and just scanning through some of these threads, it kind of felt like this whole thing was being set up just to take a swing at Ivanov's school. You know? Like, was that the actual goal here?
So you’re calling yourself a master too, just like him? Well, honestly, you can’t really blame anyone for seeing that as a total provocation.

There’s really no point in arguing, because honestly, it’s all just one big mess. Besides, Ivanov’s "school" is right where it needs to be—perfectly positioned for the people who actually need it and just can't seem to figure things out on their own.
So, I call myself a "Grandmaster." Honestly? It’s just my way of poking fun at all those self-proclaimed spiritual gurus and those endless, ridiculous titles people love to throw around. You know the type—people who act like they're on some higher plane of existence, creating these massive, invisible walls between themselves and everyone else without even realizing they're doing it. It's just my little way of keeping things grounded, you know? Keeping it real.
So, think about it... if someone finally lets everything go—if they actually walk away from it all and realize they don't even truly own themselves anymore—can they really be expected to tie themselves down to some fancy title or a label? I mean, how does that even work?

So, if you already knew people were gonna jump in just to argue with you or start throwing shade again... why'd you go ahead and open it anyway?

Just asking.

Honestly, I don't really care if someone wants to stir the pot. It doesn't bother me one bit. People want to throw shade or start some drama? Let 'em. It’s all good.
You honestly couldn't wrap your head around it. I mean, I see things exactly for what they are, so I’ve reached this point where I’m just completely indifferent to the whole thing. It doesn't move me. But you know who it messes with? The people actually using it, the ones tied up in all that mess. That's where the real friction is.
Look, everyone just does what they can, you know? It is what it is.
I mean, really... why would I even get worked up at an ant that can't fly? What's the point in being mad at something like that?
Everyone just does what they can, right? It’s like, you give what you've got. But honestly? You just don't see the results. Where's the payoff?
stormycobra90 said:you really need to clear up all this negativity and gloominess... hmm... you're just spinning in circles... one minute you're saying one thing, then something else, and before you know it, nobody knows what's what... 😵

honestly, you brought that negative vibe on yourself with that snarky comment of yours.
now you're trying to pick apart my personality and how I feel?
it's such a classic move, seen it a million times.

maybe take a look at yourself instead of worrying about me...
that’s kind of the whole point of the spiritual growth I’m talking about here: focusing on your own stuff and what's going on inside you, rather than obsessing over everyone else out there.
I’m noticing a pattern on this board where most people just stick to the same old script: constant snark, endless bickering, and all this petty back-and-forth. Honestly? It just screams that most folks here are stuck at a pretty low level of spiritual growth.

Look, I finally figured things out for myself. Realized it on my own. I can't do the work for anyone else, obviously, but I can definitely share what I've learned. It seems like hardly anyone actually digs deep enough, and instead, everyone's out there chasing happiness in all the wrong places...
What I meant was, I wanted to share some experiences and maybe bring a little bit of clarity to this forum, which feels so bogged down by negativity, fighting, and just plain old primitive behavior.
Listen up, because I’ve got something to say. I wanted to share some wisdom with you all, and hey, maybe if someone actually gets it, it might help them out a little.

So, I was hanging out at the beach by this gorgeous lake a few days ago, just doing my usual meditative thinking, when it hit me: happiness is inside you. It sounds obvious, right? But look at how blinded everyone is by all this material stuff and the constant message being shoved down our throats: you’ll finally be happy once you own this, or buy that, or reach this goal... I was looking at how people had basically cordoned off the whole lake, claiming every little patch of land for themselves, leaving only one tiny public strip of sand where they charge you an entrance fee. Watching that greed and total nonsense... it’s wild how much energy people waste trying to chase something they think is outside of them.

But it’s just not like that. Happiness lives in me, in you, and in every single one of us. It isn’t some external thing. A person can be truly happy without owning a single damn thing—I mean, how can anyone claim to possess anything if they don't even possess themselves?
Once you realize that, you start seeing the world for what it actually is. All those chains and attachments? They just fall away.
And honestly, I just find myself saying: God, You really are fair, because everyone gets the exact same shot at being happy, whether they’re "rich" or "poor" in the eyes of the world.
Even a guy sleeping on a bench in NYC can be just as happy as the wealthiest person on the planet. Because that happiness is right here within us; it’s always been there, just waiting.

Peace, contentment, and a sense of security... they all flow through the person who realizes they don't actually need anything, and that they can be happy simply because they choose to be.

You can have anything you want
You can drift, you can dream, even walk on water
Anything you want

You can own everything you see
Sell your soul for complete control
Is that really what you need

You can lose yourself this night
see inside There is nothing to Hide Turn and faca The light
I’m gonna be hanging out here to share some spiritual vibes, life lessons, and whatever wisdom I pick up along the way.

Let the games begin! 😘 😉 👍 😎

Might as well treat this like a game, right? Life is basically just one big playground full of laughs and fun... plus, we might actually learn a thing or two while we're at it.

So, what should we call this little sanctuary of ours? I was thinking maybe we call it Sadh, but hey, what do you guys think? 😎

Then just toss it up there in the discussion list already...
Easy Rider in Movies ·
I seriously can't believe nobody's even mentioning this movie.
It’s such a solid piece of art, honestly.
Basically, it follows these two hippies smuggling drugs while tearing across the US on their motorcycles. They run into all sorts of wild, trippy situations along the way.

Whether abortion is considered a crime from the moment of conception or not...
Just wanted to toss my two cents in there, even though I don't think that's actually what you're getting at, right?

I’ve always found it fascinating how the Quran says that if you take one life, it’s like you’ve killed the entire world. Think about it. All of humanity traces back to just one man and one woman. So, if someone ends a single life, they’re essentially wiping out everyone that person would have ever had—maybe even entire future generations...

They can go ahead and argue all they want. It’s their loss, really. At the end of the day, a person doesn't know it, and honestly? They don't even need to.

I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone under 18.
It’s packed with sexual scenes (some of them are just pathetic, streetwalker-level perverse, honestly), violence, constant swearing, and all that stuff...
The whole film is just one giant pile of crap where Eminem tries way too hard to act like some tough guy.
It basically builds its entire identity on Vanilla Ice's failures.
And unfortunately, a bunch of clueless kids actually buy into it.
