I personally skip it. It really ramps up my appetite, and honestly, I'm a little worried about packing on more weight. 😲 I’m already struggling enough with my weight as it is. 😢

The real weaklings aren't the ones struggling to cope; they're the ones who refuse to even step up to the plate and face life head-on. You give people the roadmap, you show them what needs to be done, and if they still end up whining and taking the path of least resistance, well, that's on them. It's their own damn fault at that point.
Nobody ever promised anyone that life would be a walk in the park; if you want something, you've gotta grind for it. Nothing worth having is just handed to you on a silver platter.

Trust me, I've had my own moments where I felt completely leveled by reality—days where I looked at my own mindset and realized I was totally off base—but honestly, those hits just left me with an even more stubborn drive to go out there and fight for the things that actually matter to me.

Great post! 👍🙂
To me, they’ve always just been weaklings who can't handle the realities of life.
And honestly, thinking about Hell just because some girl or woman stopped loving you? That's peak stupidity. Total nonsense. 😂😂🤣🤣🤣
It reminds me of how people talk about young patients dealing with schizophrenia. They actually get out there, work hard, and fight through life. They don't just mope around the house like a bunch of wet cats. 😁
