Honestly, people should probably dig a bit deeper into what kind of agitation was actually going on—I mean, specifically regarding those Mexicans from that small town in the Midwest and surrounding areas who were campaigning for Jeftić's list during the elections back on May 5th, 1935. We need to look at what that movement actually entailed. It wasn't just talk—lives were lost and houses were burned exclusively targeting Americans, and that violence didn't just stop once the election results were in. And this happened right in a small town in the Midwest, near a mid-sized regional city, right here in America...

Man, honestly, I’d probably be feeling pretty under the weather right now if we didn't have winter to deal with. I actually find myself missing this cold stretch of the year every once in a while 🙂
