Nestlé (documentary) in Movies ·
Things are only going to get worse, and frankly, I don't see any way out of this mess. The only real solution, if you ask me, would be to buy a house out in the countryside and start growing all your own food from scratch.

I can't speak to your specific diet, but personally, I refuse to touch meat raised under those industrial conditions. Back home in the States, if you have a relationship with a local butcher, you actually know where your meat comes from, and we aren't constantly bombarded by all those "organic" labels designed to jack up the price by 300%.

As far as seeds are concerned, I certainly agree that most are genetically modified these days. However, you still have the option to stick to seasonal eating. If you just head down to a local farmers market, you'll find a selection of seasonal produce that many high-end American chefs would kill for right outside their own doors.

Dealing with an emotional manipulator in Psychology ·
It’s honestly terrifying. For me, movies centered on men who start out appearing perfectly charming only to slowly morph into manipulative predators are far more unsettling than any horror flick. Some of them truly transform into complete monsters right before your eyes, even though they seem entirely ordinary at first. What makes it so much more chilling, though, is just how incredibly intelligent they can be.
