If you were importing them, try deleting that zeroed-out entry if it's still lingering somewhere in the system, then try pulling the data again.
I've had instances where the system saves a document under 0; it won't show up in the main list, but suddenly it pops up on a customer's financial ledger. In those cases, I just navigate to the specific ledger, find the ghost entry, and delete it from there.
But if you were typing them in manually from scratch, I'm afraid we're out of luck.
P.S. Did you manage to get that little headache sorted out today?
That 😳
p.s.: Did you manage to sort out that little issue today?
Nope, I was stuck at a seminar all day.

There are plenty of those documents with "0" in the field, but they don't just vanish into thin air. I honestly think you should try searching through the list—maybe even try typing "0" directly into the document search box to see if it pops up!
I never lose anything 😍
Or at least, I'm never admitting that. ☕
Those documents with a zero in the ID shouldn't just vanish into thin air. I think you need to run through the list, or maybe try typing a 0 into the search field to make them pop up.
Mine vanished right when I was saving. The prompt asked if I wanted to save the file, I said yes, then the loading icon started spinning and suddenly everything just tanked and disappeared. 🤣

It’s almost impressive, in a deeply underwhelming sort of way, how we manage to stumble into the same old patterns without even trying. One would think a bit of experience might lead to a different outcome, but clearly, I was being overly optimistic—a flaw I seem to carry with me quite consistently. kaže:
It seems like he’s still cutting through the noise, so I guess that means she’s officially gone?
There’s no way those documents with the zero prefix just vanished into thin air without a trace. I suspect they haven't actually disappeared; we likely just need to be a bit more methodical about how we hunt them down. My suggestion would be to run a thorough search through the directory, but also try manually inputting a zero into the document field to see if that forces the system to actually display them.
Honestly, I once had someone drive me absolutely up the wall with a situation involving a foundation assessment. The data was completely nonsensical—we were seeing figures that were either doubled or, even more bafflingly, dropping below zero. It was enough to make anyone lose their mind. I remember looking at certain entries where a negative value seemed to be doubling itself, yet when I tried to pull up the actual records to verify anything, they were nowhere to be found. It was like trying to track down a ghost in the system.
It wasn't until I finally wiped the slate clean—I can't even recall exactly how I managed to delete both of them—and started from scratch that things actually began to make sense.
I once had an entry duplicate itself. Same serial number, same ID, everything. 🙂

Or, when I'm installing a new version, I'll start the full book upgrade and head out for the day too. 😍
I'll give it a shot first thing tomorrow. I'm heading home early 👋
