It’s good to see you back in the mix, Dubois. 😘

Hopefully everyone managed to get some decent rest over the weekend.

Richard Howard55 said:I don't think it’s about the new form 🙂, it’s more likely that their November forms are still stuck in "processing" status. Something seems to be bottlenecking the system, so the agents can't actually see those pending forms on their dashboard.

🤦 Just great. 🤦

🤣 Thanks for the heads-up. 😉

He isn't going to let us down. There’s still plenty left for him to teach us 😉

Just enter the exact armor status into the form, regardless of what your sales tax balance looks like at the IRS.
You can always deal with the re-postings later by talking to an agent at the tax office.
You’ll just print out the tax cards yourself and staple the re-postings right to them.

I just print the submission confirmation on the back of the form itself. That’s on them to deal with during processing; if they run into hiccups, I'm not going to waste my time printing extra receipts. 🤷
If I were you, I'd just claim the sales tax credit using the submission confirmation. Don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. 😘

Every single time I check my filing status, it’s like some cosmic joke—the system updates to "processed" at the exact millisecond I refresh the page.
To be honest, I don't even lose sleep over it. I have my submission confirmation, and so far, I haven't had a single issue where a "processed" status actually mattered for my records.

Jessica Grant56 said:It’s alright, I guess. But just imagine if we were dealing with a ram—it would be the exact same situation, only we'd end up bumping heads! Honestly, those horns would be a real mess to deal with. Still, you're a class act, dear bulldog.

🤣

Thanks. Now I’m actually feeling a little embarrassed 😁

Jessica Grant56 said:Haha!! She’s acting all offended, like she’s going to grab a broom and sweep away these annoying comments!! That—that’s exactly what needs to happen, but... man, I’m just now realizing how much of yourself you’ve poured into this thread. If you still have any fight left in you despite the constant attacks (which always come from the same person), and if you can find the strength to clean up this mess, it would be really nice to see things go back to the way they used to be!!

It’s not for nothing. Anyone who actually knows me calls me a bulldog; once I sink my teeth into something, I don't let go easily.😉

You certainly have a way with words.☕

Jessica Grant56 said:Honestly, I can't stand threats. I just won't tolerate them. Henry, it actually was fun arguing with you. Not even fighting over which software was better—we usually had pretty solid arguments. If it hadn't been for those debates, we probably wouldn't have become friends, but through all that, something real formed: mutual respect, an honest connection... just understanding how the other person thinks and operates. And something I always appreciated about you: you actually understood my temperament. Mine is definitely a bit more... high-voltage, let's say. I get why others want to weigh in on the thread, but they don't really know the history here—they don't know who everyone is or what’s actually happening behind the scenes. So when some random person comes in and starts judging based on a surface-level view, it stings. That's why I thought if things kept going this way, I might just walk away. It's not being dramatic; it's just that the effort doesn't seem to match the results.

Yeah, the old group was great, but the current group is great too!! If it weren't for one specific person constantly throwing everything out of tune, things would be perfect again. But when someone keeps playing two wrong notes right in your ear—well, anyone would lose interest.

Nobody has addressed the one obvious solution: a dedicated sub-thread on Reddit. I see plenty of reasons against it, and only one reason for it: getting rid of the person causing all this dissonance... But having someone hitting those two sour notes is absolutely wrecking the whole orchestra!

😂

And thanks for the kind words. It’s always a nice change of pace to read something positive 😉

No one has addressed the only obvious solution: an Oracle sub-thread. I see plenty of reasons not to, and maybe just one reason to: getting rid of the guy who keeps hitting all the wrong notes. But honestly, that one guy playing out of tune is absolutely wrecking the entire orchestra.

Personally, I don't think we need a separate thread right now.
I'm not going to sit by and watch a high-quality, essential discussion get trashed, so I'll do whatever it takes to keep this constructive and useful for everyone involved.
Thanks to everyone stepping up to help. You've taught me a lot already, and I know I've barely scratched the surface, so I hope you'll keep being generous with what you know.

Come on, Jessica Grant56, don't be so dramatic 😘

I was just sitting here thinking about how we used to go at it back in the day—we really knew how to pick a fight, didn't we? 🤣

Then I started thinking about the old crew, the ones who just drifted away and stopped posting altogether, and honestly, it hit me pretty hard.
Deborah was always such a dear, a genuinely good person, and incredibly sharp. I really hope she’s doing well and enjoying life with her family.
And I also have to mention VTi; they helped me out a ton, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything they did.

Oh, and hey, try not to hold a grudge against the other moderators. Just remember, I'm not the only one keeping an eye on this thread. 😉

Simply 😳

Nicholas King said:There’s a distinction there.

Basically, moderators and staff have an IP Address. When you factor in mandatory login requirements, that turns the difference between reporting that "someone somewhere" is hitting their partner versus reporting that Paul Bunyan is doing it.

That's pretty far from the truth.
First off, what we can see isn't something we're allowed to just pass around, and frankly, it wouldn't be enough to take action against anyone anyway.
If there's actually enough cause to launch an investigation, the police—or whoever is handling it—will go through official channels to get everything they need from the Forum, and they'll be looking for a lot more than just an IP Address.

So, if someone thinks a law is being broken, it would be great if they just stepped up, took some responsibility, and reported it properly. 🙂

Why don't you just step up and report this crime yourself? 😳

You’ve been laying low lately—it's much like what Jessica Grant56 pointed out earlier.

We are certainly glad you decided to join us for a coffee.

Hey, thanks—hi to you too.

I’ve been bouncing around the country and taking some downtime. Turns out, I actually enjoy the break, so I'm hoping to pull 😍
off again soon.

Jessica Grant56 said:Yeah, but what's the bottom line here?? Let's say a pizzeria uses a parking lot, but they lease it out to some other small LLC—there's no fiscalization requirement until April 1st for them, but if that small firm didn't exist, the requirement would kick in on January 1st for the restaurant... It's the exact same space and the exact same business activity, right?

Are you seriously still hunting for logic in this mess? 🤣😂🤣😂

You're being incredibly dense here. 😉

They told me: "Just three copies of the power of attorney." When I asked if I should bring a USB drive, they looked at me like I was crazy and said, "Why on earth would we need your thumb drive?"

Three? 😕

I suppose I'll be hearing all sorts of nonsense soon enough. 🤣

Just because one employee holds a certain level of influence doesn't mean they're automatically sitting in the director's chair.

From what I gather—and I’ve actually checked in with a few consultants 😁
