It honestly drives me up the wall when every single woman in the galaxy feels the need to give me a full, detailed lecture on her family history just because they catch a glimpse of my stomach. 🤷 For crying out loud, why the unsolicited life stories? 😕 And once that little saga finally wraps up, we somehow immediately pivot to yet ANOTHER family drama. 😁

The Walmart over in suburban Phoenix has one of those specialized lanes—you know, the ones for pregnant women, people with disabilities, or just the ten-item limit. I was there a few days ago. The line for that specific register felt six miles long. And everyone? Everyone had a cart overflowing with groceries! It’s like the managers and cashiers just don't give a damn. I’m standing there holding nothing but a melon and a loaf of bread. Naturally, I just gave up, moved to a regular lane, and waited my turn. It took about fifteen minutes—not that it was a big deal, except for the fact that it was ninety degrees out and I really needed a bathroom.🙄 When I finally got home, I actually called their customer service line just to ask why they even bother having those lanes if they're just going to cause confusion. The guy on the phone actually had the nerve to ask, "Well, why didn't you just wait in line?"
Listen, buddy, you try waiting in that heat while some jerk tries to shove past you.🤷

A line is a line.😍 The intensity of that color really just comes down to hormone levels, which are likely still quite low in your system right now. Still, it's high enough to trigger that second line, isn't it?👍
I finally worked up the nerve yesterday to pick up some Intimina, then spent the entire night waiting for morning to arrive 😁 The result is over on THAT thread 👍

I took a pregnancy test this morning (34DC, due tomorrow) Since I was tracking my ovulation this cycle, we were pretty much timing everything perfectly😍 Anyway, there’s this tiny, barely-there, shy little line on the test I don't think I'm losing my mind; even my doctor can see it😉 The catch is, it’s just one of those cheap drugstore tests $6.75, so I'm trying not to get ahead of myself—especially since I've already got those classic PMS symptoms making me feel like my period is right around the corner🤷
Back again on this thread 👍 I was expecting it by Friday—usually, it arrives right on schedule But through Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 😍 there hasn't been a single sign. No PMS, no "pregnancy glow," nothing It’s Monday now, and still absolutely nothing My period is late 🤷 I even went out and bought one of those tests—the kind where the box claims you can use it anytime, not just first thing in the morning 😉 but I think I'll wait until tomorrow 🙏just to be safe: To be honest, I'm actually terrified to take the test 😢 I'm scared of being disappointed all over again. Maybe staying in this limbo is better? I don't know, who knows ☕
edit: I suppose I've been feeling sleepy, if you could call that a "symptom," but honestly, it's probably just this heat
@ rapidrider3 my cycle has never been late before (okay, fine, maybe back in my teens, but that was ages ago🤣) I don't have any cysts, honestly. I made sure to get thoroughly checked out by several specialists before we even started trying to conceive☕ A cyst would have messed up my period anyway, and wouldn't it show up on a pelvic ultrasound?
But I'm already spiraling here. What am I supposed to do? Are there any biochemists or doctors among us—whether we're actually pregnant or just wannabes? I mean, if I had gotten my period, I’d know we missed our window for this cycle🙂 but right now, I'm completely lost on what the next move is.🤷
What can a beta actually prove if you aren't even showing up on the ultrasound? I mean, if you aren't pregnant, you just aren't 🤷 . PS, the test came back negative again. Still no period. I feel like I'm doing something wrong here 🤣
Hey ladies! I was really hoping to see an M 13 on the tracker by now, but no luck. Whistle the test on Sunday, and it was negative. Whistle twice on Tuesday, and both were negative too. Still no sign of anything, and I'm officially out of tests. (And now everyone’s shouting at me: "Then just go buy more!")🤣
On Sunday, I used that little kit you get bundled with the SaveOnTests order Today, it’s another positive result from a drugstore test (Yeah, my first thought was that the damn thing was just faulty)🤷
ovak: My cycles are incredibly consistent—always exactly 28 days. I was supposed to start on Friday the 13th. And yet, here we are, still nothing. 😕 I took a test last Sunday (followed all the rules, first thing in the morning) and it came up negative. Tested again today, and it’s the exact same story. 🤷 Is it even biologically possible for me to be five days late and still not have enough hormones in my system for a test to pick up a positive?
