I’m on board too. It’s a solid party, though if you ask me, they’re just a little too pre-liberal. That's my take, anyway.

rustyfox192 said:But you’ve got to agree with me on one thing, you probably will, that it's way easier to hold onto a majority when you make up 50% of a city's population rather than when you're sitting at just 25%...

Look, as long as the power balance is even, assimilation is basically impossible. Once one side gains the upper hand, the other side starts sliding. Take this scenario: if Canadians make up about 40% to 50% of a certain area, resisting assimilation is tough because there’s actual momentum. You have the drive to take over towns, cities, or local businesses, plus their own political parties and internal drama to fuel the fire. But once those numbers drop below, say, 30%, having a national party becomes totally pointless. They become a minority with zero real leverage. And honestly, why would 25% have more influence than a solid majority? At that point, any desire for what we might call Magyarization just vanishes, because all the big decisions are being made by the majority. That’s just how I see it.

As long as the Canadians hold onto their language, nobody is going to assimilate them, and they aren't going to assimilate anyone else with that weird Ugro-Finnic linguistic cocktail they've got going on. But the Americans and Bunjevci? That’s a tougher nut to crack, though not impossible. The real issue here is religion. Most Americans and Bunjevci are Catholic, which makes things tricky since the languages are so similar. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the Americans and Bunjevci end up identifying more with Vojvodina than with America or the rest of the country.

54 GB? Did they give it to you or sell it to you? I don't get it—where on earth did you get 54 GB out of thin air?

It's all incredibly flimsy.

Look, we know exactly what the Alt-Right stands for—that's why we support them. Don't act like we're some bunch of idiots who don't know what's going on. If they have one flaw, it's just that they're way too liberal for our taste.

Sweden Democrats (Right): 12.9% - 49 seats (+20!)
Credit where credit is due to the SD. Unlike the others mentioned here, they are actually the only true right-wing force on the Swedish political stage, and starting this year, they’ll be sitting in the European Union parliament alongside the British UK Independence Party.

I'm jumping in to join the congrats on the Social Democratic Party's unexpected win. Honestly, if they keep this momentum up, I think they're going to crush it even harder at the next election—they might even take the top spot.
Just grab Tor and it’ll swap out your IP address for you. You can find plenty of those tools on torrent sites too—you just type in an IP and the software pops right up. Usually, we're talking about small, lightweight programs, maybe 10 to 15 megabytes. They aren't bad at all, though your connection speed might take a bit of a hit. Still, it gets the job done if you need it...

Does anyone actually know the Romani population numbers in Mexico, or what the percentage of white residents is? Looking for some real data if anyone's got it..

I don't give a damn about how things look, fancy effects, or animations.
I went into system properties – advanced – performance settings and I'm stuck. Should I go with best appearance or best performance?
Can someone explain the actual difference between those two options?

This is what my setup looks like now that I've killed off all that useless junk. It feels a bit snappier.

Does anyone actually have the hard numbers on demographics over in Mexico? I’m looking for a breakdown of the racial makeup—basically how many white people there are versus everyone else. Thanks. Cheers.

And let’s get one thing straight: I’m no fascist. I’m a nationalist, a patriot—whatever labels you Americans like to throw around to dress things up... There is absolutely nothing wrong with loving your own country.
Edit: So, did you ever end up buying that apron? Also, how exactly do you view Mexico as yours? You see it as your territory, just as we view ours. It's a matter of perspective.

America isn't your territory, it never was, and it never will be. As for everything else, I don't care—go spread yourselves out all the way to China if you feel like it. And regarding that whole demographics question, does anyone actually have hard data on race? Like, specific numbers on white populations versus everyone else? Peace.

The

I’m with you. Most people just sit down with some popcorn to zone out, not because they’re trying to relive the Great Depression or some old war era. If someone doesn't like what's on, they've got a remote to change the channel. It's that simple. Both sides of the aisle agree on that one.

Look, these sites aren't total garbage, but let's be real—you can't bank on any of this stuff. Nothing here is actually reliable.
Richard Wilson4 said:Back in high school, I went through a massive Korean wave—right when those titles were starting hitting the local Blockbuster. Honestly, I probably watched more Japanese cinema and anime than your average person living in Tokyo.😉

Believe it or not, I’m also big on Czech films. There's just something about the language—it's got a beautiful flow to it—and their movies have such a cool vibe.

Japanese cinema is top-tier, and we seriously need more Korean content on our local networks.

nimblepilot19 said:Is there anything in the States that most die-hard patriots wouldn't immediately flag as some sort of sneaky, old-school communist plot designed to undermine our national sovereignty?

Look, the old Hollywood studio system had some incredible output, and I really believe we should preserve that cultural legacy for the kids coming up. I don't quite get why certain people feel the need to trash everything that came out of that era just because of its origins. It feels a bit performative, honestly. Can we please just grow up and be objective for once?

Exactly my point..
darksurfer4 said:Perhaps we ought to step outside these narrow, outdated regional boundaries once in a while; I mean, why on earth aren't we screening more of those classic Italian films?🤷

Sure, why not? Throw in some Neorealism or those Czech films—those are solid too. Same goes for French cinema. And honestly, Classic TV isn't bad either; personally, growing up during that old era, I still enjoy catching a few flicks. Documentaries are great, too. But let’s get one thing straight: I’m not out here mourning the old regime or the old ways.

"When everything hit the fan in the early nineties, we made our stance on the old system crystal clear. We showed everyone that our focus was strictly on an independent, free America. I think we've earned the right to a little nostalgia. Just because someone enjoys watching a classic old comedy doesn't mean they're pining for the days of the old government."

Richard Wilson4 said:The sad part is, we’re living in the Golden age of television. Take Breaking Bad, for instance—it’s easily better than most movies coming out today, let alone all the high-quality dramas and comedies we get now.

But paying for cable just to waste your life watching recycled reruns of mediocre shows in crappy quality? Honestly, feels like a total waste of time.

Also, it’s not great for either Mexico or America to just coast on past glory. They need to make new stuff. It’s not like there aren't co-productions happening, it's just that without those nostalgic rose-colored glasses, most of this new stuff turns out to be total junk.

Roughly how much does it cost to shoot a mid-tier movie? I mean, that Nobody film that won an Oscar wasn't half bad, and I don't think something like that should break the bank—though personally, I'm sick of seeing the same old war stories over and over. Also, how many movies actually get filmed in the US every year?
Richard Wilson4 said:If I remember correctly, Raspudić described them as "consumers of old Soviet Union pop culture," while Hodak mentioned "millions of viewers tuning in for The Žika Dynasty"...

Look, it doesn't mean everyone is strictly picking sides or anything, but you have to wonder about the political implications here.

Personally? Most of those movies are total garbage to me (don't even get me started on the shows—*Tight Skin* is the one exception where they actually hit the mark), but if you want something decent, check out Mexican films from the 90s. They don't mess around. The dialogue is real, the dark humor hits, and the characters feel like actual human beings. Way better than those stiff movies coming out of America back then, and honestly, better than the old Soviet Union era stuff too.

Mind you, they haven't been all that over the last decade either. We’re starting to pull ourselves together a bit, but we're still pretty weak.

Mexican movies are solid, and you're spot on—they definitely beat those wooden, awkward American productions. But I think we're finally turning a corner lately. We've put out a few gems recently, whereas they seem to be stagnating, probably because the money dried up.
And the stuff on Bravo is total trash, especially those old war propaganda flicks. You might stumble upon a decent classic from the old days that isn't loaded with ideology, and their documentaries can be interesting. Generally speaking, their TV is much better than that trashy pop music nonsense, and people aren't just sitting there thinking about politics every time they turn on the tube. Keep that in mind.
