Same here.

As far as I’m concerned, we’re on the exact same page.
The vibes were just different back in the day during the Kulušić and Lapidary era—I think that’s when MTV actually started experimenting with synths, which kicked off the whole stereo movement, if my memory serves me right. 😕
Even those shows at the mountain resort, like "Vila Rebar," were solid. 😬
And honestly, the only decent party I ever caught at the state fair was Deja Vu.
All this modern "future shock" stuff is just a joke.
Back then, there was a time when everything felt perfect—I actually looked forward to going out because I knew I was going to have a hell of a time.
But nowadays? It’s just the same old MTV crowd, the same people, plus a bunch of new kids—and by kids, I mean literal middle schoolers 🙄, all with their trendy hairstyles and pacifiers, or just these meathead guys walking around shirtless... it honestly makes me sick.
That wasn't the scene before.
And the music isn't even the same anymore.
I really don't get why everyone is obsessed with this electro stuff—it's such weak, mindless music.
That’s exactly why I don't bother going out anymore. I’d much rather stay home and watch a good movie with my friends.
The Oedipal Complex in Psychology ·
This actually ties back to another issue I've been thinking about.
It doesn't really have anything to do with this specific topic, though.

Oh man, sorry about that—I’ve had an exam lately and my head has just been totally in the clouds.
Don't take it personally, I'll reach out soon. We could even swap AOL Instant Messenger handles if you're down. I'll shoot you an email in the next few days.
Please don't be mad 😘

1.the proof? basically every other word out of his mouth is about his mom
2.I even overheard him telling someone he can sleep (not sure if he meant sexually) with her
3.he's constantly coddling her, feeding her, all that stuff

it's just... the dude is obsessed. one time he showed up with some girl and his mom straight up spat on her... yeah, I'm saying it, the guy definitely has an Oedipal complex

It’s definitely possible, and honestly, it isn't normal.
I feel so bad for whatever woman ends up with him—imagine having to marry someone like that. Man, I couldn't deal.😲

An old friend of mine actually seemed to go through the exact same thing.
He got married, but he was always calling his mom, and he was constantly fighting with his wife.
Everything stayed like that until his mother passed away.
Before then, he barely even noticed his wife existed, and they were always at each other's throats.
His mom was always standing right there between the two of them.
Now everything is fine, and my friend says he and his wife finally get along—they actually talk more and aren't so closed off anymore.
I’m happy for him, though—at least he doesn't have to listen to them fighting all the time.

Quit smoking weed—you'll feel a lot better for it.
If you absolutely have to, you might as well just grab a drink instead.
Dealing with bad cramps? in Women's Health ·
Honestly, ever since I started my period, the pain was just unreal—we’re talking vomiting, fevers, intense cramps, heavy bleeding, dizziness... it was absolutely awful.
Then, about three months ago, I decided to start birth control pills and—knock on wood—it’s been a total game-changer. I don't even feel like I'm on my period anymore. No pain, I can function normally, everything is regular, and the bleeding is super light.
Just a little recommendation from me.👍
